The Wing Factory — Restaurant in Memphis

My first few experiences with this restaurant were amazing when ordered through Door Dash, but in the past month the service and food have taken a nose dive. I’d experienced rude call takers, overly seasoned wings, wings that had the wrong sauce, and not cooked to order. On my last visit, I had to wait 30 mins for a call in order. While waiting I could see the employees eating in the kitchen and at the register. While this was going on I was never acknowledged while standing at the register. Had to flag down an employee, the same employee that I saw picking her teeth with her nails... Couldn’t believe this was going on, and after all that I received wings loaded with salt. They were barely edible. I didn’t bother calling them this time, after contacting them via the DoorDash app and not getting a response. They could have a five star rating the wings were great ,tasty. The inside was clean . But they didn't answer the phn to make a call in order because they said they had a big order to go out , 150piece wings but that makes no sense because they still had to prepare ours as we arrived so I didn't see the point of not answering the phone. And one cashier attitude was not friendly,I went with a 60something year old young lady , the cashier just talked right over her like the ladies questions was getting on her nerves. I don't mean any harm , and I'm a black female but in black neighbors our attitudes are the worse make me not want to return all because of bad customer service. I called to ask if they do party Wings of 75 and get a price. A lady answered, put me on hold, answered and put me on hold again then hung up. So I go up there to ask the question. She saw I was standing there. When a dude she cool with walked in. She spoke to him, took his order and started a conversation with him by asking him how he was doing. Skipping over me. 6:40pm. I'm the guy with the Amazon sweats on. I will never order again. The business is slow as they already don't have enough staff to give satisfying service. I hope they lose that business.
