I do not recommend this restaurant for the year 2021. I've been trying to get in contact with this restaurant for about a month. When I finally got one on the phone she comes off as RUDE OR WITH AN ATTITUDE. This was during the evening shift at around 9 p.m on March 10th.
She keeps saying hello repeatedly and "are you talking to me" while we already established that we can hear each other.
Then she rushes me off the phone by ordering me to "come on" even though my reason for calling was just to check my order.
Then with an overbearing tone she tells me I need to check with Uber Eats for that (while not allowing me to finish asking her if my order was going to be canceled for the 5th time or if I have any other questions). She didn't sound like she was interested in assisting me at all! All of this happened in roughly less than 90 seconds from a simple & reasonable question. I should have asked for her name. As expected, she didn't pick up on the 2nd call; it's highly likely that she wouldn't have given me her name anyway because she was in the wrong and don't need to be working there and serving people's food.
Furthermore, my order wasn't even right. They didn't have much of anything of what I wanted. I requested a chicken sandwich (the thick kind) but was offered an original chicken sandwich (the long kind) instead. I ordered an Oreo classic shake and they didn't have that either and replaced that with plain Coke - which I don't/can't drink - without asking me 1st what I wanted instead. You would think the app would at least update like other restaurants if they don't have anything available. So according to my app, they have what I requested available.
I guess that's what you should expect when ordering out the hood or from the boondocks. Poor customer service!! With my experience, it's usually an overweight black female with an attitude because she's living below her means or unhappy. Forget (re)training her. I suggest firing her & replace her with another hire. Relieve her and the customers of our misery so we both can find better.๐

ย ย ย Read moreI stopped at this Burger King on my way to my next customer and had an experience that was very upsetting. A gentleman in a wheelchair went to use the restroom and realized there was no toilet paper. He asked me if I could let the staff know, and I said yes.
When I approached the counter and politely explained the situation, the woman who I believe was the manager didnโt respond with professionalism or concern. Instead, she acted as though it was an inconvenience and questioned why she even had to deal with it. That kind of response is completely unacceptable, especially when it involves a basic necessity in your restrooms.
Eventually, she did bring toilet paper, but I had to personally take it to the gentleman myself. What bothered me even more was that none of the employees offered him any help โ not even something as simple as holding the door for him. It showed a complete lack of courtesy and care for customers, particularly someone with a disability.
This experience left me very disappointed. Bathrooms should always be properly stocked, and customers โ especially those with disabilities โ should be treated with respect and dignity. I strongly believe this location needs better management and training so situations like this never...

I get all the way to South Haven where I work at and they gave me two sausage biscuits with cheese one of them with no eggs. I have been calling since 815.
