KFC — Restaurant in Memphis

Been in Memphis TN over half of life it SELF and couldn't imagine me to receive unpleasant, wanted business, PLUS I was hungry, my God knows (if you don't know about JESUS? Yes Roman 9: 9 & 10 HELPED ME from REACTING from terrible, horrible customer service at KFC!..... So when I say I had the worst terrible experience ever at KFC on Lamar &Park area across from Popeyes near the closed down Dollar General Yes!!!! Right THERE, I want you to know exactly where it is and I'm going to post a picture I was dissatisfied I tried to be as pleasant as I could, a blind dog shouldn't be treated like I was, maybe we need behavior training with morals and ethics, self right spirit attitude all kind of unbelievable behavior on that shift (Manager name "Keisha" the young lady unrespectful giggled..playful....and said it rather it was or not BET they know who clocked in between 2pm and 8pm on top of THAT there was not a customer inside(I think 💬 they were a worker) no w matter.......of this facility Not only did I wait TOO long and no came to inform me I had to come inside and get my order and what I was waiting for was lukeworm which was the fries when I said this was some terrible customer service these workers KFC need self behavior, more Jesus less acting incompetent, more over top #CUSTOMER CARE training!! KFC I don't know what you doing, how you doing? but probably A NEED of back to get the basics training with the CARE in the hospitality TRAINING!!!that leads us(people, ALL FOLKS) and guides us and help us to grow because there was no way any 1 should leave after paying (since EVERYTHING MORE MONEY, but same food😮‍💨🥹🥲🤔 ) should felt bad about spending on food!! hot food I was looking for!! & After Mother's Day, PERHAPS we need Tom Lee type of customer Care....? Today, I am very upset. I went here to get my mom a meal. She just had oral surgery less than a week ago and is tired of mashed potatoes. So i went to get her some original chicken, per her request. I was told they had to cook some as they were out. I waited 15 minutes to get it, and when I got the chicken to her, it was crispy, as seen in the picture. She couldn't even eat it and hadn't eaten all day. Now i have to go somewhere else because they messed up. Amd wo t answer the phone so i can tell them about the issue. I should've known, considering i had issues 11 months ago when i went there. And the lady that brought it to ke was on her phone when she came. How do you mess up, what you supposed to be dropping.

Your worker doesn't listen and follow orders you ask for spicy you get regular you say no Ice you get ice and when you correct them now they are mad as hell at you and you is the customer But the sad part of it all is that they do not know how to count the money If your order comes to $10.28 you give them $20.28 how much is due back to the customer instead of giving me back $10 this smart jackass gave me $ 15.49 back then apologized for being short three penny WOW WOW WOW WOW BUT REMEMBER THEY ARE MAD...
