As someone who has befriended multiple of the employees and former manager, I’ve been made aware of the drink protocols which is why it’s so frustrating when for the past 10 times I’ve gone 6 of those times my drink was made wrong. (Ex: I ordered a medium iced cinnamon roll and was given a medium iced milk with cinnamon roll flavoring) I’m a long time regular at this establishment and used to love the environment they created while making sure the customers had an enjoyable experience which is what made driving 30 minutes for coffee worth it. Now, the employees are rude and they’ve fired almost every employee that knew how to do their job properly it would appear because even when my drink was seemingly made right appearance wise, after taking a sip I was immediately reminded that I should’ve gone to the starbucks down the street. As well as today when I returned to complain about my drink being made wrong, an employee simply asked “Well why didn’t you do half sweet” implying that the mistake was my fault when I order this drink every time and had no issues prior to their new hiring. I’m extremely disappointed in the stand, I used to go everyday because it was genuinely a part of my day that I looked forward to and that has been ruined. The manager and owner need to do a better job at training employees properly and making sure they’re capable of treating...
Read moreI wanted to share my experience at your location tonight, as it was disappointing and not reflective of the great service I’ve come to expect from 7 Brew.
I came in to order several drinks before my shift and waited in line for 5-10 minutes. During that time, I watched three other customers, who arrived after me, receive service before I did. When I politely asked the staff member if she could take my order, as I had been waiting longer, she responded that she was “only taking orders for her line.” I asked again, explaining that I was in a hurry, but she refused to help me.
This level of customer service is disappointing. As a frequent customer, I know it’s not standard practice to serve based on specific “lines,” especially when customers are waiting longer than others. Frustrated by the delay, I ultimately left without placing my order for six drinks and went to the Starbucks next door instead.
I hope this feedback is helpful in addressing training or staffing concerns during night shifts. I truly value 7 Brew and want to continue supporting your business, but experiences like...
Read moreOn Sunday night around 7:15pm, I had a disappointing experience with the night shift. A young lady wearing a pink jacket, glasses, and dreadlocks with piercings took orders from cars that arrived after me, while I waited in line for several minutes. She prioritized a vehicle that seemed to be familiar with her and spent extra time talking with them before finally coming to my car. By that point, I was nearly at the pickup window. There was no apology for the delay or acknowledgment of the oversight, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I truly believe retraining in customer service and attentiveness could be helpful.
That said, I do want to give credit where it’s due — the morning shift team is excellent. They consistently provide great service, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers. I appreciate their effort and professionalism every time I stop by in...
