Ordered through the app 12 biscuit breakfast order. Placed my order at 8:50am the app stated order will not be ready until 10:21am. So I arrive at 10:23am thinking my food is going to be hot! The girl at the front counter tells me my order has been ready since 9am and it’s now cold and hard. I told her your app has a pick up time of 10:21am had I known you make it right then and there I could have been here I stay 6 minutes away. They are never busy and didn’t think to call or remake my order fresh since the app is wrong! I just wasted $39 dollars. I won’t be coming back here, because why in the hell would you let food sit out for damn near 2hrs without calling the customer to let them know the order is ready for pick up! It’s lazy and unprofessional individuals working at this location! How they just opened and this trifling. Poor service and fix the damn app, why have the app if it’s giving the wrong time pick up time for orders. Read moreDidn’t have the tender platters so we were forced to get a family meal which we didn’t want. Chicken wasn’t hot. The biscuits were TERRIBLE. Extremely dry, tasteless, and seems like they’re not cooked properly. The rest of the stuff was ok. For just opening it was pretty lousy. However I will say the staff were very nice and polite. It’s nice to actually have friendly staff at a restaurant as most places around the crew are rude or disinterested in their jobs. The young lady that was outside with the tablet taking orders was kind and funny. The parking lot probably needs to have a few more curbs removed for the elderly as we saw an older couple almost fall on a curb and have to walk a good distance around afterwards to get to their vehicle. We hope the food improves because we love to get Bojangles for special occasions and parties and we’re really looking forward to not having to drive all the way to Whitten Rd to get it anymore. We will try them again for our next occasion and if it’s bad we will just start going back...

They try to charge you for stuff without letting you know because they’re lazy to manually put it in . I blame management fix your restaurant before you run your customers away . Like this is a brand new location . This is pathetic . I had to catch myself from getting out of character with one of the employees cause she had attitude for no reason . She was light skin and had red pimples all over her face with a ponytail at the back hair color light brown . Yall know who I’m talking about cause I’m sure I’m not the first to complain on her!
