I will NEVER spend another dime at this restaurant! HOW do you serve someone the WRONG ORDER AFTER THEY ASK YOU IF YOU PAID AND THEN ASK FOR THE RECEIPT AS PROOF! I get home to find shrimp, not catfish in my box. This is a serious problem because shrimp is a severe allergy for me. So I then had to go back out into the monsoon thunder storm because they DIDN'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE for over half an hour! One of the counter clerks asked for my receipt, again, upon my return, looked at part of my order and said the order was correct. This without EVER opening the large takeout box which was filled with SHRIMP, not CATFISH. Again, shrimp is a severe allergy for me. Management AND staff need retraining asap. No-one was apologetic, they still shorted my order, and never offered me a thing. Not a discount, not a coupon for next time, not even a drink while I had to wait for my food to be cooked and replaced! On top of everything else, they kept my receipt and I had to go back in and ask for it. First I was told it had been thrown way, then it suddenly appeared from the kitchen. Went again on yesterday....Ordered on yesterday and asked for my Military Discount. I was told it couldn't be given to me CUZ AIN'T NOBODY GOT DA KEY. Ridiculous! Ordered extra fish and as I was pulling away from the drive thru an employee shouted YOU FORGOT YO FISH. I didn't prepare it so that was on them. I went through the drive thru purposely! I had to get out of my car and walk to the window (holding up the long line of cars) to get the forgotten fish only to arrive homevand find out the hush puppies were missing and the catfish was grossly undercooked. Last vist! My order was $25.19. A total waste. I had a similar experience 10 months ago and received a response on my google review to contact this email. I did it and no one cared to respond. Last review here and on Google as I will NOT return!

Read moreIt's sad that you can work just as hard as these fast food employees do but when you get off from your job you can't get them do their job that they're still on shift for. You know something is unfresh when they hand your food off within 7 mins of being in the drive thru. Captain D's never is that fast but if you have to wait you know it's cooked fresh to order. The fish sandwich was cold along with the fries. If its not teenagers working the late night then you grown folks should be ashamed for lacking work ethic skills because "you're tired and ready to go." Do your job and serve your customers who help pay your bills with fresh food served in an acceptable time frame. I'm getting sick of "y'all."
