Exlines' Best Pizza in Town - Raleigh — Restaurant in Memphis

I went a few days ago to pick up my 6.00 piece of cake they forgot to give me. It took 48 minutes to get our food. Someone had called in. The lady who waited on us was all alone. She was overwhelmed and it showed. Even if we called it in it wouldn't have been ready we would have been put on hold. People were hanging up and calling back. One lady Politely went off on the lady who waited on us because she had an attitude. She was overwhelmed!!! She couldn't help it. She called some guy from the back that the lady wanted to talk to just to tell him that she wasn't satisfied and she wanted her money back and she would not be back and that the business was going down!!! This was my first time coming and I paid 61.00 for my food!! It was good but you need to do better towards your employees have more ppl in the store the first of the month. Also, the short lady that was cooking in the back was the only one that had a sense of urgency. The other two thought something was funny. Incredibly slow and expensive. That would be acceptable if the good was exceptional but it wasn't even good. Got a small (9") pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and onions and 6 wings. Ordered at 9 pm. There were about 6 people there and at least 5 employees. I ordered a beer to pass the 30 minute wait. They had to have the manager come and card me. I guess 62 year old white guys are looking like 20 year olds? 3 bucks. Tool about 5 minutes for her to fill the mug. Looked like she never drew a draught before. The pizza showed up about 30+ minutes later. The wings? Well they took another 15 minutes. Took the stuff back to the room. The pizza had about 8 pepperoni slices, 6 pieces of canned mushroom and some onions, I think. The crust was dry and tastless. Basically not as good as a gas station pizza that would have cost about a quarter of the price. 12 bucks for the 6 wings. They were dry as Death Valley in July. The flavor was good but I was choking on the dry meat. Anyhow, 45 minutes to get a tiny pizza and over fried wings for $30. Totally Dissatisfied Customer Date of Purchase 4/5/2019 My father paid $42.60 on salads that were absolutely terrible. I called in an order for 3 grilled and 1 fried chicken salad. The chicken that we got that was supposed to grilled wasn’t. Whoever prepared this either got this from a can or boiled this because what we got is not grilled and all the ingredients that are supposed to be on this salad weren’t. According to the menu for the Grilled Chicken Salad it’s supposed to be: Perfectly seasoned grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, egg, cheese, cucumber, bell pepper, celery, radishes, banana pepper and green olives. There weren’t any bell peppers, celery,radishes, or cucumber on these salads I ordered. My father came a long way to get these salads for me and I had no way to bring them back because I am disabled and I don’t drive. This is the worst service I have ever had at your restaurant.
