Yesterday 10/18/2023. Stage and Coleman around 6 pm. I don't know if the car hop worker didn't have basic math skills or took my money, but she kept part of my change. I pushed the button to call her back, it kept blinking, no response. Pull up to the door hunked my horn someone came out, but not her. Explained the situation and showed the receipt. Then, this person went back in and came out with that carhop, " F". They both lied to cover up her taking my money. Never give them cash, without a receipt reflecting the whole amount. Make them go in and get it before paying in cash. I gave her $20.56 the total was $6.56 on the receipt. She gave me $13.00 back, instead of $14.00 and walked swiftly from the stole. She didn't count the change out or nothing, just placed it in my hand and walked away fast. I looked down, spreaded the money in my hand and looked at the receipt. 2 $5s and 3 $1s is $13. Should be $14 change from $20.56 and the total was $6.56 You do the math. That's basic math skills. I argued back and forth with these 2 carhops, got tired of getting nowhere and left. Read moreThis location needs a lot of work. I used to come here every morning before work, and when I say I wasted a lot of money and they treat you like you have to shop or buy food here. The last straw for me was when I ordered a combo and my food was not done. When I hit the button to let them know (and I asked for them to come out to my car) they had an ATTITUDE as to why do I need to come to the car. And they didn't...They also get an attitude when you tell them they forgot something on your order, which is crazy. If you can't remember someone's order, keep the ticket in front of you! District Manager where are you? You need to visit this location ASAP!!!!! As I said above, this location needs a lot of work. They Need to work on their attitudes, they need to work on how to cook FRESH FOOD CORRECTLY, I'm sure customers don't or wouldn't mind a wait, as long as the food is fresh, but the food you all bring out don't even be warm at all. Read more422/22*Please tell me how I order my food to be ready at 5:10 pm and don't receive it until 5:40 pm on top of which it was ice cold. My over priced ice cream was melting. The food was sitting there just as long as I was waiting for it. I called customer service for a refund. The 1st rep basically told me that they would give me a coupon for a free item with purchase. 🤯🤬 I do not want that. I want my money back. Cold Sonic is gross and reheating it is even worse. The staff definitely doesn't deserve the tip. It should come out of their profits. Maybe they'll provide better service. To management the situation has been escalated but I will be getting a full refund either from Sonic or my bank. It is up to you.
