Hugstables Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Memphis

Food is Great. Food is always fresh & Tasty. The customer service is not too great. They never answer the phone and then tell you come in after a certain to place an order, then you get there and the woman at the front counter is rude. She has no patience. This has been the last 3 times I’ve ordered. Also Uber tablets when out and she didn’t have my order , which is understandable not her fault, but never said ask if I still wanted to order or place an order. She was just rude. I’m in Memphis on business and staying in an Airbnb. While looking at the area on Google Maps, I saw Hugstables was nearby and after reading the reviews (and the owners responses), I knew I needed to try.

The double cheeseburger was the biggest I’ve ever seen. It was perfectly cooked and served with a load of steak fries. I also ordered some hot wings and fried okra. Again, perfection.

The first time I ate there, I thought WOW real ground beef, I really liked the cheese burger! Great flavor could've used a tad more salt but that's just m. The 2nd time I ate the burger it wasn't the same the burger tasted like it had some sort of filler in it or that the beef had been smashed together too much, it wasn't good to me I actually didn't finishing cause it just had an off taste...not like...
