Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Memphis

Ill say this and I eat at Chick-Fil-A often I've neverrrrr seen people walk out of line at Chick-Fil-A and go somewhere else. I saw it three times sitting and waiting forever on my food. Food was cold 40 people on shift service still veryyyy slow They will let you stand at that walk up counter and not even acknowledge you The focus from management seems to be on cleaning the front windows when 15+ customers are waiting at the walk up counter Didnt hear my pleasure one time They don't know what a vip drink is Chick-Fil-A can't know this is going on I get black owned but gd. With this type of service won't last long. It's already homeless outside charging up there phone. The girl working didnt know if they had a public bathroom...

I ordered chicken minis the order was warm not fresh and hot so i went back through the line and asked for my order to be fresh i received 2nd order and it was just like the first just warm. I guess they just have the chicken minis already made up and just box per order well that's not good because it don't take long for those minis to cool off plus the little nugget was dry. My hash browns was just warm not fresh out the grease on both orders. This location just opened in the uptown area and i was expecting more. This one sucks. I've got the wrong items in my orders three separate occasions so far. I've never ever had this problem consistently with a Chick-Fil-A restaurant. I keep giving them another chance and they keep getting it wrong. The last time I got a spicy chicken biscuit instead of regular, The wrong size hash browns, and tea was still hot with very little ice. I know it's newer however, I visited many Chick-fil-As after they recently open and never had these issues. I don't know how the other Chick-fil-A's always get it right but you guys need to go back to training or...
