i recently requested my transcript be sent to the college that i want to attend this fall. i was told by the lady in the records department that it will take 7-10 business days. when i called to check the status today. the lady in the records department went on to talk to me like i was uneducated and telling me it takes 7-10 business days. well today is the 7th day. and she kept telling me 7-10 business days and when i again told her that i filled out the form on august 17th - she then stated that she didnt get it until the next day. so therefore i am not able to attend school this fall because of their incompetence. nice to know you have people like that who are supposed to hep people achieve their educational goals. the reviews are correct about this school and their staff. it is now september 4,2018 and my transcript still have not been sent to my school, they must have caller ID in records office because they wont answer my calls and when i call and ask if i can speak with someone else who can help me, i am told no. very unprofessional staff. i hope the lady in records department realize everything you do comes...

Seriously considering going anywhere else but tcat for education next semester. Idek what the curriculum is. Ive been in school for about a month. I havent learned anything useful. Cant buy school books because the schools certifying official went on vacation in the middle of certification. That lasted two weeks. Now that ive annoyed them into cooperation, apparently school funds and financial aid are late or have been pushed back due to my certification being processed late by the said certifying official. In addition to this Im being mislead by multiple tcat employees on fund availability. Online payment schedules havent been accurate. Im loosing bill money paying out of pocket and no school official ive talked to moves, genuinely cares, or helps unless i act out or until theres nothing they can do. My daughter is currently attending this school. So far, her instructor seems to be wonderful! Her counselor never returns calls, always sends me somewhere else to get answers. I have asked many questions and noone ever gives me a straight answer! Orientation day (the day everyone said my questions would be answered) was a complete nightmare! They tell my daughter to go one place, then when she gets there she is told to go somewhere else. She was told to find her program sign in sheet and intial by her name. Someone had scratched out her name and wrote theirs in. The staff who was there didn't want to be bothered with this. I have yet to see ANYTHING that could even be 1/2 way considered organized. They just told her today that her grant cannot be used for supplies she needs for her program!! It can only be used for the books needed for that program.
