Worst experience at Lenny’s Sub, after making an order I went to pay for my food, to my surprise my card was declined. I went to check on account and the account showed that the charge was made and I show the cashier. The cashier, then told me that the charge was adding to my account and not taking away from it because there was not a negative in front of the charged. I attempted to tell her that the charge is adding to my account because I was making a purchase with my card and not making a payment to my account therefore you will not see a negative on a purchase made. But before I could get my words across, the cashier raise their voice and told me to either make the payment or leave. One star is more than this place should get. The only reason is for the friendly service and two nice employees, a guy and a gal. But as for the overall appearance of the resturant behind the counter was the worst I have seen. As a manager I instill and demand a leval of pride from my employees. The utincels were not cleaned and used on every sandwhich. The sandwich station cluttered with items from mayo jars to dry bread. The cup station had no lids, straws and out of condiments. Tables with crumbs and trash full. Food all over the floor and the employees didnt change thier gloves when leaving the sandwich station. To the manager, please take pride in your store and train with proper food handling etiquette and cleanliness. To everyone ordering take a look around the counter...

I had to get a quick bite while going to my gate at the airport. The line at Chick-Fil-A was long, as expected so I opted for Lenny’s. It was early and I ordered a breakfast sandwich combo. It took 15 minutes with almost no one else in line. But that’s to be expected in an airport, right? When I got it, the hash brown patty was cold and not even cooked. It was still cold in the middle from being frozen. The ham, egg, and cheese sandwich was pretty good.
