Starbucks — Restaurant in Memphis

This morning I came to Starbucks at 5AM at the Memphis International Airport. My Barista, Priscilla, ensures the best customer service experience I’ve ever had an an international airport. She went above and beyond making my (SCMF) and even asked if I would like the whipped cream; which I appreciate because I normally forget to say no whip. She even took the extra steps to put Carmel drizzle in my cup, even though the line was extremely long. Which you never really get at an airport. Her overall customer service was by far outstanding and I appreciate her efforts to deliver great service considering she was the only barista in the location at the time. I visited the Starbucks Memphis Airport on Wednesday February 26th. There was a waiting line of 8 people, all the time. What struck me as strange is that the young lady serving the clients had to take the orders, collect the money, and make and serve every and each order. And on occasion even answered the phone. This was one hardworking young lady that smiled and giggled and was asked by every client: How come you are the only one here? She was polite, friendly and worked non-stop. The most friendly Starbucks staff have ever had the pleasure to have an experience with and I've been to a lot of Starbucks. I'm currently sitting at my gate enjoying this awesome matcha green tea frappuccino. When I picked it up the barista told me that this was going to be the best matcha green tea frappuccino that I've ever had I grabbed a straw, placed it in my drink, took a sip.
