They're suppose to be open at 530A. There were a few people ahead of me in line. Stood in line for ten to fifteen minutes and realized, the line wasn't moving. So I placed a mobile order thinking it would be faster. After placing my order, I moved out of line and to the waiting line for mobile orders. There were about three or four people ahead of me. One of the guys ahead of me asked the worker why wasn't she opened, she said she had to wait on her manager. He asked what time do Starbucks supposed to open. She confirmed the time for 530. At this time, it was about 550/555. She said she had to wait for the manager who was late. When the manager showed, they started to serve the people but the line moved faster for people who was waiting to order compared to people who placed their mobile orders.
I had to address the lady twice because people was getting their orders before me. She told me they ordered ahead of me which wasn't true. At the time I placed my order, only a few were ahead of me. I told her what my order was and she told me it was coming. About ten minutes later, she told me they didn't have the double-smoked bacon, cheddar egg sandwich which I had ordered two of. And she also said they didn't have nonfat milk for the drink I ordered. I ordered for my mom and myself. So I had to ask my mom if she wanted a different milk, she canceled her drink. Out of the five items I ordered for a total of $29.08, I left with one. I have never been so disappointed with Starbucks until this visit. Never again at this location.

Read moreI went on October 26 to pick up my mom from an evening flight around 9:20 at the airport from #American Airlines and could not locate her by the exit doors from the baggage area. I checked everywhere and decided to go up to ticketing. I started going to the closest door to the exit and there was a young man with dread (my way to identify him) standing with a wheelchair in front of him. I said hi this is my mom. He said hello I was waiting with her and did not want to leave her alone. I said thank you that is very kind of you. Then I said I’ve been here for 25 mins and talking to mom (she does not speak English) she told me she was at the door but why up here by ticketing not by the baggage area for upcoming flights. He replied the attendant for the airlines #AMERICANAIRLINES didn’t want to wait and left her here so I decided to wait with her. I work for Starbucks he continued and showed me the logo on his uniform. I didn’t want to leave her alone so I stayed with her he said. I expressed my gratitude and he went back down with us to the car. I told him I don’t want you to miss your ride. He replied. It’s my mom coming, I will communicate with her and find my way around but your mom can’t. I kindly told the woman at the register that my order had been made incorrectly and she announced that she "didn't even know what that is". I told her what it was supposed to be and was informed that they were out of the cold foam (give me a flipping break), along with about 15 other things they were out of. Begrudgingly she allowed me to order a replacement coffee and didn't charge me. The people at this location may not be used to folks having enough time to want their incorrect order changed enough to make it right the first time, but this will be the last time I stop here in my travels.
