Mimi’s Coffee & Sweets — Restaurant in Memphis

Was driving from California to the Great State of Texas when me and my friends stopped at this Bakery and Coffee Bar, I must say I wasn't disappointed! The small bakery and coffee bar is ran by a husband and wife team and I'm always pulling for the little guy! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with Texas hospitality! They have so many various baked goods along with Espresso coffee! The coffee was great and the baked goods were awesome so fresh and tasty! I highly recommend this bakery and coffee bar if you're passing through Memphis,Texas please stop you will not be disappointed and SUPPORT this bakery! I hope they make it and I believe they will I was told they have only been in business for 3 months I'm pulling for them! Drove past but thankfully turned around - so happy we didn't miss this delightful shop! The owners were so sweet - their shop makes you feel at home, even when just passing through.

We ordered a hot black coffee, which was very rich and robust. We also got 2 of their sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast rolls (kolaches?) and they were warm, fresh, and delicious.

Loved the front sign (see photo), decor and theme. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a great cup of coffee and a treat. They also had knotted cinnamon rolls, muffins, cookies and assorted hot and iced drinks. A little something for everyone! We will...

If you need coffee STOP here!! The coffee is great! I got the coconut EGGspresso and it was so delightful! Not too sweet, and the coffee flavor is amazing!
