(Germantown and Cordova Rd location) Ordered many items and most were good but vegetable soup had a hair in it and it didn't look like a hair from your head. This is the reason for 1 star. Prior to seeing the hair, I ate several spoonfuls and it was very oily and not much veggies. Mostly just liquid. The other items we got: samosas, veggie platter, chicken shawarma were all pretty good but not great. The good was overshadowed by the hair incident that happened at the beginning. The waiter said sorry but then came back with another cup of soup. I refused it. A cook or owner never came out and apologized. It felt like a "my bad" vibe and now let's go on like nothing happened.
Servers were friendly and very attentive but didn't seem like experienced wait staff. For eg
Overall, the ambiance felt like a medium-clean lunch room rather than a really nice restaurant. For example, the napkin holder was in a tray that has a compartment for condiments like bottles of hot sauce or whatever. The compartments were all empty and there were lots of crumbs in there. So it seems like they are just not wiping things down regularly and diligently. The bathroom was the same - not dirty or very clean, somewhere in the middle but no paper towels. This place needs more attention on cleanliness (hair in food is not ok) and training staff a bit more. I will say there seemed to be a slight language barrier with our server so that caused some confusion with our communication. However I think she did the best she could and...
Read moreSome fellas and I went here after church and I've got to say this place is one of the best places I've eaten at. I ordered the Lamb Fahsa and it was absolutely fire. When you order the food you get hot tea, a soup, and or a salad to start. The tea was amazing, but that lamb broth soup was something different, i could drink IT like tea, it was delicious. When that stew came out sizzling I knew I was in for a treat, they brought the tandoori bread out a little bit later and it was so warm and fragrant, it was nice and soft but it also had a good crispness to it on the outside, and the fahsa was beautiful. It was spicy, rich and tender lamb that melted in your mouth, the bread had its own unique flavor from the tandoor which really complimented the spice in the dish itself and i probably looked like an animal ripping into the stuff. After I slammed back the stew and bread I ordered a kunafa, and i was not disappointed, absolutely amazing. I also tried a little of my friend's chicken agdah and it was also delicious, and the baklava was the best out of any ive had before, the pistachios give it a nice flavor and that honey was out of this world. Service was great too, and the atmosphere was wonderful, it looks nice and clean in there, calm, chill, quiet, good place to sit down while the rain was pouring outside. For my first time eating Yemeni food I gotta say I'm thoroughly impressed. Amazing experience overall, its not far from the international market so if you're in that area and want a bite to eat, you'll have a good time eating here. Pics added, the fahsa picture was from a video i took of the...

I recently dined at Queen Of Sheba, and it was an extraordinary experience that left me thoroughly impressed. The highlight of our visit was the impeccable service provided by our waiter, Omar. His warm and attentive demeanor made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout the entire meal.
The food at Queen Of Sheba is simply divine. We started with the lamb shawarma, which was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and authentic, making every bite a delight. We also tried the whole grilled chicken, which was juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. It’s clear that the chefs at Queen Of Sheba take great pride in their craft, as each dish was a testament to their skill and passion for cooking.
Another standout feature of Queen Of Sheba is their juice bar. They offer a variety of fresh juices, each one more delicious than the last. I particularly enjoyed the tropical blend, which was a refreshing mix of exotic fruits. The juices are made to order and you can really taste the freshness in every sip.
Moreover, the restaurant was impeccably clean, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment was much appreciated and contributed to a comfortable dining experience.
I highly recommend Queen Of Sheba for anyone seeking a remarkable dining experience. With exceptional service from waitstaff like Omar, delicious dishes like the lamb shawarma and whole grilled chicken, and a fantastic juice bar, this restaurant is a true gem. You won’t be...
