My husband and I recently visited Hollywood Feed with our new Yorkie puppy, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Grayson, the associate who turned what could have been an overwhelming shopping trip into an absolute breeze! From the moment we walked in, Grayson was there to help us every step of the way. He guided us through picking the perfect food, suggested the best snacks and even helped me create a custom dog name tag that’s just too cute!

But what really stood out was the personalized advice he gave me. Grayson shared so many helpful tips for raising a happy and healthy puppy! It's clear he genuinely cares about pets and their owners, and that made all the difference.

I didn't catch the name of the man who helped me, but he listened to me explain my cats' digestive issues and recommended the food he thought would be best for them. He was also quick to point out that everything was guaranteed-if they don't like it, or if something doesn't work, I can return it. I then asked another employee about a litter box, and she quickly jumped up on a ladder to get it down, answered all my questions, and gave me advice on how to switch to a self-scooping box. The selection of food is outrageously abundant, there are seemingly thousands of toys for furry friends, and even collectables for the more eccentric of us pet owners.
