Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Memphis

I am so disappointed at the service i received, and with the dessert i ordered at sonic on getwell in memphis, tn. I ordered a sonic blast with extra butterfinger , which is why i usually get. It want until i drove off (go figure) that i realized my Blast was nothing more than a cup of ice cream with a tiny bit of Butterfinger sprinkled on top. So i turn around and e'd chain what the problem was with my order. The Blast was supposed to have the topping mixed all throughout the ice cream, and i paid extra money for extra topping. I had a car hop come and take myBlast back into the store, and i watched as they used my same blast, cup, everything to add just a very minimal amount of topping to the previously made blast, and mix it. This is not sanitary at all, as i had been eating out of it. I wouldn't return here to this particular sonic for any amount of money, nor would i recommend it to...

I tried to buy a glass of tea after ten minutes I hit the red button again to find out where my tea was only to get attitude from the employee after another five to seven minutes I left called back and asked to speak to the manager only to be denied by an employee named Desiree she wanted my name my home address and my phone number I kept asking for corporate's phone number and she never would give it to me after hanging up with Desiree then I look up corporate's phone number called corporate and spoke with a lady who in turn said that she would give my information to hire management I still have had no one respond to me do not get anything from Sonic on getwell they are rude and nasty and you will probably not get your meal I went to Sonic on in Southaven ordered a glass of tea with lemon and my lemon came out completely...

Ordered a hot fudge sundae...guy on speaker asks if i want the whipped cream and cherry? Yes sir...and nuts please. He asks again...yes sir...I want the whipped cream and cherry and nuts also. He says ok. Order comes out and the container is about half of what it should be with ice cream and a tiny spot of whipped cream...no cherry or nuts. I told the carhop it was supposed to have the cherry and nuts also. I have to say it twice like I'm speaking in another language. She says nuts cost extra. I said ok...I don't mind. Her response then was, well we run outta cherries and nuts a few days ago but we have pecans, you want those? No ma'am, I'm good. Get home and the rest of our $24 order was ok at best and I dig in to the sundae...it's chocolate...not hot fudge....
