Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Memphis

This place is horrible. I ordered from there mind u I live all of 5 minutes away. I waited 2 hours and didn’t receive the pizza. Called up there and they said my order was still there so I said ok I’ll come get it. Went to pick my order up and the lady said it was out for delivery. I asked why when I just called and said I was coming to pick it up? So she pretended to call the driver and told him to bring it back. Meanwhile she starts mouthing off and I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. So we had an all out argument. So one of the workers came up and said ma’am give me your order and I’ll remake it. She did and just as I was getting my order the driver comes in and the girl that remade my order was like where order number so and so which was my order and he was like it’s right here on the rack she called and said she was coming so I didn’t take it. The girl then turned to the lady I had the argument with and said why u just didn’t give her the food if it was sitting right here the whole time this could have been avoided. She then gives me the the guy over them number and told me to report her cause she’s been doing that to a lot of customers and lying like it’s them when it’s really her. They need to get rid of her because she was very rude and unprofessional! I did get a refund for my food and a free pizza out...

I ordered a salty pizza from this location today and I received a $10 Tastemaker, 3 topping pizza with bacon, banana peppers, and hamburger, and I did not receive all of the toppings. Just taste salt on the pizza. I called Pizza Hut, Get well Rd, Memphis, TN. I called the manager and stated my concerns about the pizza. I told him that I received very little toppings and I had eaten some of the slices. He stated it was Ok and to bring it back. When I arrived at the location, the manager changed his mind. He stated he could do nothing with 3 slices of pizza. He would not make it over after he stated he would. He is not properly trained and should be removed from this location. This location is in the Ghetto and it needs a make over inside and out. It needs another manager and the cook needs to be replaced as well. Pizza Hut needs someone who does business correctly to satisfy the customers. I would have never thought this location would be so harsh. I will never be back again. The windows, floors, and doors needs sanitizing and cleaned. No pizza hut signs are visible inside or on the windows of the location. Why ask for a tip on the order form if the pizza is...

I have ordered here 3 times. The first time the call center called and told me the STORE canceled my order due to "distance". I called the store, they said the CALL CENTER cancelled it. I live 3.5 miles from the store.. it's a 9 minute drive..... 2.5 hours later management calls me and apologises and give me an order credit. I use it the second time... But they call me and say they are out of 20 oz Pepsi.. cool they have literally every other flavor.. I picked diet Pepsi food arrived and they expect payment. He has to call and be on the phone for 10 minutes and they finally say yes.. she has a credit. Ordered online tonight with a pizza and a 2 liter. They call saying the only 2 liter they got is root beer and Sierra mist. It's 7 pm on a Saturday and you offer a 20 oz as a replacement.. no thanks. I tell him to just cancel the drink and bring the pizza. He is clearly not happy but neither am I. How are y'all only gonna have 2 flavors of 2 liter soda so early on a Saturday night. I can't help but think it's because they don't wanna...
