Number One Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in Memphis

I arrived on Sunday around 5:45 pm. The restaurant was basically empty. The food was good. However there were what I consider to glaring omissions from the buffet. No Sushi. No egg rolls. No cheese wontons No sweet/sour chicken/pork and No service. Only the second time in my life that I left the restaurant without tipping the waiter/waitress. Sorry to say but my friend and I came here and the food was cold, I don’t think they had warmers underneath to KEEP the food warm, and it’s very dirty in the restaurant. For example, when we first arrived it was 4 full tables of used dirty plates and the whole time we ate, no one came to clean the used tables up!! Horrible food. Bad customer service. My friend and I walked in and there was a lady behind the counter. As we approach she runs to tend to buffet so my friend asked.if it was self seating.
