DIXIE QUEEN — Restaurant in Memphis

I am totally dis-satisfied about the food I received last night. I had to wait an hour( which that was perfectly fine) seeing as how the food is cooked to order. What i am not OK with is that my wings tasted and looked as if they were half done. I did not check my food (BAD ON MY BEHALF) but once I got home I didn't have have party wings i'm guessing they ran out and then started cutting up whole wings(which also would have been fine) but (FYI) you have to cook those longer than the party wings. I am totally discussed and upset because my food (especially wings) is something that i take serious and don't want it played with. I will never eat from this Dixie queen again. I will travel across town to my favorite location (Shelby Drive) because they the only ones who seem to get my food how i like. If i pay my money i want my food how i asked. Dixie queen Owners y'all need to hire people who not just at work to smoke weed or sell while on the clock (unless they still fully functioning) and with good customer service. Y'all failing me.

I honestly wish I could give them a negative star rating. That’s how horrible this place is. If you would like to be given half done food, and HORRIBLE customer service then by all means , go to this farce of a food establishment. I went late at night to get the food and upon getting home and seeing the damn near raw chicken I was too tired and disgusted to go back that night. I went the next day and was told because there was no manager duty, I (as the customer) would have to suffer and come back. I called the following day to speak with a manager. After abysmal communication from the associate who answered the phone I was handed to a “manager “. She was equally as rude and told me I should have came back the same day, she couldn’t do anything about it. I spent $30 for raw chicken and bad customer service at a FAST FOOD “restaurant “. I didn’t ask for a refund but only for the food to be remade correctly, at the very least and was denied....

I do my best to give every place a chance before I rate them. I've been to this specific spot about 6 times. This time was the kicker for me. I ordered 20 wings combo hot seasoned fries with root beer no ice and a ultimate fudge brownie sundae no nuts. What I received irritated me to the furthest extent. 20 wings barely sauced root beers tons of ice. I did not receive my seasoned fries. (Combo comes with 2) The ultimate sundae had a ton of nuts. My kid is allergic to them. The frustration after waiting in line for 25 minutes was just to much. I drove off. I didn't feel like sending it back for correction so they could mess it up even more. If you gone rush the customer at the speaker to give you their order the least you can do is get the order right. Wasted...
