I used to LOVE this store. I mean there was nothing bad you could tell me about Baha and staff. They were polite and provided exceptional customer service. That all changed after they hosted a mass job fair a while back. I hate to say it but after that the customer service plummeted. Some months ago I purchased an outre wig. This was a wig that I'd purchased multiple times before, both online and in-store. So I was very familiar with this particular wig. When I got home and installed it I immediately knew something was wrong. There was a sharp stabbing pain my scalp. After taking it off and examining it, I found a sharp feather. I tried to reach out to tell them about my experience but I got the complete run around. When I finally did speak to a "manager" he/she (voice was feminine but sounded like a male, so I'm not sure because I was not provided with a name.) was beyond rude and tried to make it seem like I was trying to be deceptive. I told him/her that I wasn't looking for a refund. I would be happy to just swap it out for a new wig. My first impression of this business is to NOT go back and to NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE else to beauty and company. Customer service (manager) was awful and the ppl that work in this business had the worst attitude. I was the only customer in the store at the time, early morning, approximately 9:30ish. The associate couldn’t me help find absolutely nothing. While walking ahead of me in hopes she can find what I’m looking for, she then whispers and make faces to another associate while back turned to me, but I saw it. After all this foolishness, I decided to just get a couple of items instead of what I actually came in the store to get. She knew well how to work the register. When completed ckng me out, she hands me the bag and says, “here, here ya go”. Customer service is huge to me. I called back to speak to manager because those vibes from that lady was horrible to me. Read moreThese got to be some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Everybody seems to have an attitude at this store. Not interested in helping the customers at all. They don't know where things are in the store. They don't know the correct prices. They don't honor their own sales paper. Yall need to give them folks a customer service class when hired because I don't think they know the meaning. You can't ring up customers and use your cellphone at the same time. Girl you just rung this bonding glue up for $10 and it's only $1. Put that phone down baby and do your job. Yall put these stores up all around Memphis and don't have the proper people to staff them.
