I have both ordered in person and ordered online for pickup at this location at least 10 times over the past 3 months. All 10 times sucked and I will not be coming back.
What you will experience if you order at this location in person: Rude staff that will act like you are asking them to pull out one of their teeth and put it on as a topping when they are putting on the sandwich what you told them what to. Them turning you away 50% of the time due to whatever reason When asking for extra of a veggie ingredient, staff will have the attitude like it is coming out of their paycheck or fridge Like another person commented they have rap playing loudly too
What you will experience if you order online: If you pay for extra meat, they will only give you what was suppose to come on the sandwich without you paying for extra. You will still get attitude when you pick up your sandwich They will give you even less veggies than specified if you have ordered in person. Example: I pretty much only get pickles as a veggie topping for my sandwich. I wanted the sandwich to be at 30% pickle on an online order in the notes. I open my sandwich to only find 5 pickles total on a $14 dollar sandwich. This was directly ordering from the Subway website. So Uber Eats wasn't taking the extra money.

Read moreFirst time at this subway and it was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever experienced! I have worked in customer service for 10 years and I have also worked at subway and I know that the way I got treated yesterday, NO ONE should ever have to go through! I had placed an order on the app and went to go pick it up and the said employee wouldn’t give me my paid for food! The employee was yelling at me and demanding my ID in order for me to pick up my online order. I kept telling her I didn’t have my ID on me and the lady proceeded to yell at me. I asked her what else can I show to pick up my food and she wouldn’t answer me. I think walk to my car to see what I can find to show her. I grab the card I used on Apple Pay and my SSN. I go inside and set them on the counter and she then tells me my SSN isn’t an ID and she needs a photo ID. I then tell her here is the card I used the last 4 match what’s at the bottom on the receipt. She then states with an attitude “who orders food and uses a card without a name on it” ummm I used Apple Pay so I’m sorry that was an issue as I didn’t have my physical card in my hand when I placed my order.
After about 20 minutes goes by she’s still not giving me my paid for food and just still yelling at me...

When the young lady behind the counter says to me I can’t give you double tomato I can give you five tomatoes we don’t have that many. You just opened less than 15 minutes ago and you don’t have enough tomatoes. That is more of a supply issue not a customer issue, I was already here to place my order with that information already know. To shortchange a customer because you don’t have enough supplies cannot be placed on the customers want! To be that rude was not acceptable it’s better to make sure things are stocked prior to the day before. If she would’ve asked is it OK I give you five instead because our truck hasn’t come in yet? That I could except but to be told what I will be given with no options is just rude. The reason behind it three stars is because I’ve been to this location multiple times throughout the year and have always had great customer service new experiences and so on.
