They diner area wasn't clean and the restroom wasn't clean employees was playing in the kitchen they was going in and out the door none of them was washing their hands when they returned to the kitchen and nobody had on hairnets, and the night shift supervisor was walking around eating plus her uniform was dirty as hell and on top of that I placed an order at 630 didn't get the order in my hand until 730 and I was short on my wings and my fries was soggy as hell. I asked for crispy fries the cook told the cashier no they wasn't going to remake the fries and I said I wanted a refund, but the night shift supervisor told me they don't do online refund orders and they can make me some crispy fries I said ok so she proceeds to help other customers whom been waiting for awhile as well. I waited 15 more mins and no fries. I asked for a refund again and she says I got to call my GM so you can get a refund but it will be 3-5 business days before you can get your money back. She was very rude and nasty to the customers and her team. She used profanity towards her team member and seems like to me she was having a good day eating out the kitchen area until the orders started piling up. This was my second time visiting this location and I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK AS LONG AS GOD BREATHES BREATH IN MY BODY I WONT STOP AT THIS LOCATION. THE FACILITY smelled like marijuana the drink machine was out of ice the floor was nasty paper towels that was used was on the eating tables. I had 10 wings old and 5 wings fresh. How does that happens? Let's not forget the parking...
Read moreOn the front door there’s a sign saying they’re cashless. Mmmm this is not a venue, but a non-upscale restaurant for chicken. When you enter in there’s plexiglass between you and the cashier AND a no draft speak thru (voice transmitter). I was taken aback because this establishment is in the heart of Midtown not in the hood. I had to repeat my order several times so did my son. The cashier was rather rude, seemed annoyed, and greeted me by saying “We don’t accept cash.” The area to place an order is extremely small. After I placed my order I entered the common area to wait. This area is pretty small too. It took about 15 minutes for my order. The fries were cold and didn’t taste like fries from wingstop I’ve had several times in the past. I ordered half lemon pepper and half Parmesan wings. The food was awful. I threw most of it away. I asked for salt and she said they didn’t have any. No condiments or even napkins are out front for customers. Only one roll of paper towels are out for customers rather than napkins. In fact, customers who were dining in asked where is the trash can and they didn’t have one in the common area. Back to the wings, they were the most under flavored lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan wings I’ve ever had. It was a faint of seasoning on the chicken. I also believe it was slightly under cooked. I want be returning for obvious reasons.
Update: a few hours after eating the food I got so sick. I had to vomit multiple times. Keep in mind I only ate 2-3 of the 6 wings. Another reviewer mentioned they had gotten...
Read moreI’m upset I had to give them one star honestly.
I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wingstop, and it all comes down to poor leadership. The entire operation seemed chaotic, and it was evident that the staff lacked direction and motivation.
Firstly, upon entering, there was no clear queue or system for ordering. Customers were left milling around, unsure of where to go next. It was like a free-for-all, with no one taking charge to organize the flow.
Secondly, the staff appeared disinterested and unmotivated. They were slow to take orders, had poor communication among themselves, and seemed more focused on chatting amongst each other than attending to customers. This lack of professionalism reflects directly on the leadership's failure to instill a sense of purpose and customer focus. To make matters worse, my order was completely messed up. I specifically asked for fried hard wings, yet they arrived drowning in hot sauce. When I brought this up to the staff, they seemed confused and unsure of how to rectify the mistake.
Overall, my experience at Wingstop was frustrating and unenjoyable due to poor leadership. It's clear that the management needs to step up and provide better training, organization, and motivation to their team if they want to improve their customer service and overall dining experience. I won't be returning anytime soon unless significant...
