Center City Shopping Center — Local services in Memphis

I went here to buy a trimmer. There was a Store Associate 10ft away from me and when I asked her for help she ignored me. So I walked up to every employee I could find and asked for help getting the cage unlocked. They said they'd page someone else to help me. But I had to repeatedly ask the same associates to get me help before they'd page someone else. When I went back to the isle associates kept walking past and staring but didn't even ask if I needed something. Finally the same associate I originally saw in the isle came back to the isle she kept ignoring me like I wasn't even there and I wasn't being rude. To make matters worse I had to buy a lock for my bike so I took my wallet, phone, receipt from my lock purchase and put it in a Hone Depot bag tied it tight and asked customer service if I could hold it up at the desk when I came back to retrieve it the bag was untied and the contents to my wallet were loose in the bag and my phone was temporary locked meaning someone tried to gain access to it but couldn't figure out the password. I've been a customer of Home Depot for years, spent $1000s of dollars with them but...

Its In the heart of MidTown, & there's always a Police present's around the area. If not in the parking area's, there's a lot of construction and building in the area but I haven't seen it affecting traffic. It's nice to see all the construction going on!! it's a good sign and It's showing progress and interests again in that historic area,!! Home Depot is pathetic, I had the absolute worst experience in a so called hardware store I ever had. If you are looking for specific item or need help with something you aren't familiar with DONT GO HERE, I REPEAT DONT GO HERE! Rudeand they have no training or knowledge about what they are selling,clueless,and it wasn't just one person, I had 4 associates running around in circles they seemed irritated that I was asking them for help,just a nightmare, will NEVER GO back to this place.
