TACO-N-GANAS — Restaurant in Memphis

I eat here minimum 3 times a week. Last night was the 1st time seeing a lady at the register. She wore a pink shirt and 2 pig tail ponytails if I'm not mistaken. She gave the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. She was very rude at the fact that I couldn't speak Spanish even though her English was good enough for me to understand. She kept getting smart popping her neck and rolling her eyes at me because she rung me up for the wrong food. Keep in mind as i was placing my order she wouldn't look at me or respond to anything I said. I kept asking if she got what i said. She'll just sit there until she got tired of me asking then she'll rudely yell i got it. She would go from English to Spanish during the conversation. I don't have enough room here to tell the whole story but I told the most important. For now on when we pull up if we see her my family and I would just leave. We never have this problem with the guy that wear all the costume jewelry and I think he have a few locs in the front. Those the type of people is who we need to see when we come spend our money. My 1st time trying them so here ya go...I ordered a Mexican pizza & maybe you can tell...are they suppose to be made with ground beef or roast beef? All the ones I've eaten were made with ground beef with an otter crispy crust/Top. I explained to the guy What I wanted & asked if they made it. Instead of him being honest, he was desperate for my $30.27 & sold me a glock of mess fit for any animal. It was made with tough salty roast beef & cheese so hard, it was like paper & the crust was served as if I ordered a Queso dilly. I was so upset when I got home to eat it; It wasn't fit for human consumption. $30 in times like this is too much money to be wasted & still hungry! Y'all owe me big time. Then something like a piece of potato & fat meat came in a cup full of greasy liquid. Gotta ask...is this how it was supposed to have...

We are so in love with Taconganas delicious food! We always get their shrimp quesadilla, the shrimp burrito, the chicken burrito, and consume. We can eat off of our food for two days and it tastes even better the next day. We love the spicy avocado sauce too. The consume is delicious especially with the huge tender chunks of beef, potatoes, and carrots. The staff is usually always friendly. There's one heavy set woman there who isn't very friendly and who ignores people although she can see you standing there waiting. However, the other staff members that I've encountered are friendly, helpful, and make sure they greet you upon seeing you walk up. Once again, the food is amazing, hot, fresh, and always ready...
