It's, ok. Response given due to the service. We were greeted promptly and told to seat where we like. We chose a table in the corner (out of the way because we were waiting on one person to show up) it was dirty but once again it was taken care of promptly. The ribeye was 86'd (sold out or what have you) but that was no big deal. Our food came out hot and in a timely manner even. The problem with our visit was that the waitress didn't introduced herself. So when we needed her, we had to "flag" her down with an "excuse me,ma'am" and that's what we had to do to get our order taken after ten minutes of sitting there and watching her take 3 other tables orders. Wasn't even that busy. Maybe 6 tables in the entire place and two of them were done eating. Then, we didn't receive a single refill on our soda or coffee nor did anyone offer once our drinks became empty. Lastly, (yes, there's a lastly to this also) when we go to pay and we tell the waitress giving us our change that we want just the small bills and she could keep the single larger bill as her "t.i.p."--she wastes no time in plainly acting and showing by her facial expression like she couldn't believe we weren't just giving all the "change" to her as her t i.p. !! I have 15+ year's of experience in the restaurant industry and if any of my employees ever acted like that especially when the t.i.p. the customer left was at least $5-- I'd fire them on the spot. How extremely unprofessional! Not a good representation of the business either. We always leave a 15%-20% t.i.p. even when the service is just decent. We'll be back one day but when that day comes we'll remember our waitresses face from today and will request someone else. Thanks for the flavorful breakfast however! Read moreAWFUL! Do not go to this place it's completely a horrible experience. Never in my life have I gone to a breakfast joint and had such a horrible time. When you first walk in their is no hostess so at first my boyfriend and I were confused to where we place our names.... Finally after ten mins This older blonde lady "WHO IS THE OWNER" completely rude writes our names down. We waited 50 mins .... and still we weren't called then she skipped us and didn't remember who we were. Now their were only 3 people in the waiting room not 26! A lot of open tables and still waited that long. We get seated and notice that the tile floors are DISGUSTING! looks like they haven't been cleaned in ages. To make matters worse they only take CASH... which is a pain for most beings. Getting our drink order took another 15 mins ... getting our food took a hour. While sitting there waiting we watch one costumer who was complaining they still hadn't got their food.. they walked out after eating and didn't pay. The owner runs outside trying to find them and calls the cops. We watch the cops enter the small breakfast place and talk to her. To make it worse the young cop knew the owners name by heart which is always a bad sign.... Another young couple decided to walk out and went off on how long and horrible they are. They never even received their food . While my boyfriend and I sat there debating on McDonald's we see a hobo who is taking cigs out the plants right in the window we are sitting at... we got the food the only thing good was the pancakes and we left so fast ! When my 3 year old daughter and I walked into the quaint establishment, no one acknowledged us. We stood and waited in the middle of the restaurant as waitresses buzzed around us, which I should have realized then: we had arrived at the wrong place on the wrong day for breakfast. Clearly, I must have overlooked something. So, I stuck my head back in the lobby to see the sign for self seating, and then finally proceeded to a booth...still no one acknowledged us. At that point, I became observant of others who arrived after us who were greeted by at least someone/something/whatever. Finally, a waitress came for our drink order AFTER helping a man who sat shortly after us. I simply ordered a measly pancake special--that's it!!
At least FOUR other tables (two of those sat multiple people) walked in after us and received their food BEFORE us. Where does this happen? So of course, after my daughter continued asking for her "pannycakes", I approached our waitress at the counter who was more concerned about her tips rather than providing a courteous food update or an ideal apology for our wait. She then says "your food is coming up next". I mentioned that four other tables were stuffing their faces AND we arrived before they did??!! ANOTHER waitress interjected her two cents (where the hell was she when we were looking for a seat or wanted to place an order???)
As a disgruntled and frustrated customer, I canceled our order and I couldn't accept or patronize such despicable service. We had spent 25 minutes of valuable time, seemingly long for a hungry 3 year old who couldn't understand why we were leaving without eating.
