Talented, hardworking, efficient, and overall helpful. Home Appliances Memphis provided myself and my partner with some of the best service a company can give. We had just moved into a new apartment and our washer and dryer situation was unique to say the least. Our Washer was twice as big as our dryer, clothes were taking close to 3 hours to dry properly and even then sometimes we had to run them through twice. On top of that both were cramped inside a closet in our master bedroom.

We had spent literal WEEKS searching around to try and figure out a solution to our problem. We went back and forth between Lowe's and Home Depot. Although their selection of dryers was fine, we were not confident in their installation process and customer service. Generally when we would speak with employees are both stores the employees came off as not knowing enough information about how everything was going to play out. Plus reviews online didn't speak highly about the service at Lowe's or Home Depot.

So we decided to try and look at some smaller businesses. We called several and explained our situation. Home Appliances Memphis sounded the most confident in working with our situation. In-person at the store the staff at Home Appliances Memphis were friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. The staff gave us so much time and attention so that we could make the right choice in a dryer. They allowed us to time to talk though and discuss the process of how and when this dryer would be installed. And due to our size limitations in our closet Home Appliances Memphis even helped us figure out back-up plans and promised to continuing working with us until the job was completely finished.

Luckily we didn't need to use a back up plan and within two days Home Appliances Memphis help us install, haul away, and even rearrange our washer and dryer set up so that it worked as efficiently as possible. Overall Home Appliances Memphis was a life saver, and made the process of getting a new dryer pleasant experience. Which we appreciated as first time home owners. Highly recommend and most likely will use them again if we need to replace any more appliances...

I recently purchased two appliances from Home Appliances. Zach at the Poplar Ave. store was extremely helpful in selecting the appliances and offered them at a fair price. One of the appliances, a double oven, had broken glass on one of the doors, both Zach and Mark from the Summer Ave. Store have been diligent in keeping me posted on the status of the replacement door which is on back order. The second appliance was a glass cook top. I took this item home thinking it would we easy for me to install myself. Turns out it needed special brackets which Zach immediately supplied. His installer, Antonio, showed up, as scheduled, and we found that the cabinets under the counter posed a problem. Antonio was outstanding in figuring out a secondary way to install the unit. After modifying the cabinets under the counter top, the unit was installed perfectly. I am sure that the extra time it took to make those modifications wrecked his schedule to the remainder of the day. I am very pleased with Home Appliances and the attention they pay to their clients. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them. Be sure to ask for Antonio to do your installation, he will make sure it is done...

It is early a.m. hours and I was reviewing my purchases on January 7th 2023 two of my major purchases came from this proprietor I have not received my range or my refrigerator both Samsung both what I wanted with the exception of the color of the range I can live with that to my surprise it was quick and professional the young lady African American who assisted me I wish I had her name absolutely awesome friendly relatable really enjoyed her this is actually my second time in the store and I'm glad that I had the opportunity to come back and make a purchase I'm attempting to purchase a home within the next few months and needed to rebuild my credit I have been unsuccessful in getting security credit cards even with my income and surprisingly I was financed with SNAP I may even consider applying for one of their credit cards because I do want a new washer and dryer overall I'm excited I can't wait until My delivery on this coming Tuesday you provided me with what I need materialistically and ideally for building credit see...
