Tops Bar-B-Q Berclair — Restaurant in Memphis

We love getting Tops BBQ and it's our favorite place to get take out for dinner because it's always going to be awesome because it's Top's and this is the one and only place that we've never even thought about our order getting messed up or wrong because they got absolutely everyone and they got your order and dont be surprised because its probably already in the bag and ready for you right after you pay for it and they got this down and they most definitely work together and they are always happy and very friendly and the fact that you've got Great People that are serving you Great food and we always get the Jumbo pork BBQ and it's stuffed with BBQ and slaw and there is no such thing as a skinny BBQ at Tops its exactly the way it should be its fat and filled with BBQ and slaw you get some in your mouth and you get some in your plate and thats the way its supposed to be and we get the beans and frys and Sweet Tea and nobody has Sweet Tea like they do its the best Sweet Tea and its so awesome that I'll be back for Sweet Tea before I make it anymore just not the same and if you haven't tried the Cheese Fries oh my goodness those are the best Cheese Fries and if you haven't had them I'm telling you that they are truly Awesome and sorry I forgot to say anything when I made the review and the fact that everybody loves Tops BBQ and you guys are definitely got your Q going on here in Memphis and you have a lot of customers that are thankful grateful and blessed to have Tops BBQ with the finest people and everyone's favorite Tops Bar-B-Q Berclair and Thanks to all of you and God bless you and know that you are loved and appreciated and that's straight from the heart and Yall are doing a Great Job and I hope its all good I checked it twice lol just saying!! I ordered online for curbside. I placed the order at 1:40pm. I pulled up around 1:47pm and clicked the link to let them know I was here around 1:50. I sat in the car and waited but at 2pm no one had come out. There was only one car in the driveway when I pulled up and no one inside. I went inside and saw one girl at the drive thru helping a client and another girl with her phone in the back at the door. I explained that I was waiting on a curbside order. The girl that was in the back started asking other co workers if we had an online order. The young lady in the drive through found the order. It had just been sitting at the counter. The girl that came from the back started saying that there is nothing to let them know they have an order. I told her that their sign says to click the link when we arrive and I did that. She went in to try to give that tired explanation again and I told her to save it because it was just an excuse. She got mad and stormed to the back talking about how nice she was to me and calling me names and yelling. I have seen this same girl treat other customers that way. She has an attitude every single time I see her. This was just my first time dealing with her. The other two ladies were nice but couldn’t seem to control the other. They looked pretty uncomfortable to be honest. It’s sad that you have people working for you that clearly just don’t like people. I won’t be visiting there again. I recommend anyone looking to avoid this location. Obviously, they are going to let her keep working here while treating their customers...

I'm going to this location before a storm is about to happen in about 30 minutes to an hour. I walk in and see three people running the shift so I order my bacon cheeseburger expecting a 10 minute wait 15 minutes MAX. I'm with my dad doing separate orders. I notice people in the drive thru AFTER me ordering were getting their food left and right. After noticing 4-5 orders being handed out I mention I've been waiting 20 minutes and the woman with glasses says, "We're working on it." I explain how can they be when I've seen them give people after me their food and I've been waiting 20 minutes for a simple burger and same with my dad. After that, they hand my dad his food and I'm still waiting. At this point it's been 30 minutes for a BURGER. I flat out tell them, "I notice you are prioritizing drive thru instead of carry out and that's simply wrong. First come first serve in many places." This is heavily true and also it should NOT take half an hour to put meat and condiments on a burger. Lost me as a...
