Very bad customer service went in to ask some questions and got nothing but attitude from the owner and got treated like a criminal. *LIARS AND THIEVES * I took my Platinum 5 carat diamond tennis necklace to have a diamond replaced and the larger diamonds was replaced with smaller diamonds!
