I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant's performance, but in the last 4 - 5 months, they went from five star service to no more than 2.
My job was to call to verify that an order was correct after a long history of them missing the order's notes, missing items completely or unsatisfactory quality of food. I guess the 7th or more time was the charm. After what sounded like an excuse the last call (since I'm usually the only one with this unique order) and to help him out and resolve this matter, I did the reasonable thing and contacted him, in addition, to making sure the person picking up the food checks the order as well.
However, the Hispanic guy at the counter actually cut me off when I contacted him by phone and made it difficult for me to verify this. He kept saying, "I got it! I got it...!" over and over again and wouldn't allow me to finish my statement (as expected, btw). Not to mention that he also raised his voice to drown me out and then pretended that he couldn't hear me once I tried to communicate with him again.
Fortunately, my order was correct this time. FINALLY!😩 But his customer service was very poor❗
I will not be ordering here as often as I used to anymore. I actually may consider not ordering here anymore completely. No business should treat their customers like that. If "[he] had got it", then we wouldn't have to come to this issue 7x straight and that's just being...

They still use SharkZ menus, Sharkz advertising on the windows, SharkZ everything--only thing different is a paint job and new name on the outside of the buidling--and we are supposed to believe this is a new business? OH yeah, same guy claiming to be the "owner." that parks in the handicapped parking illegally. It has the same old stale food, dried up chicken, fishy tasting, greasy fish, served with greasy fries and white bread. SharkZ was bad enough that it gained a terrible reputation in this neighborhood. The delivery was the only thing good in this order. I ordered 8pcs catfish steaks dinner. I get the food. My son asked about the fish scales. I didn't think nothing of it at first.
