All Star Hot Wings — Restaurant in Memphis

Decided to go to this location, 30mins from my home, due to wanting a 50pc at 7pm. I only chose them because other locations were closing within a hour so I didn’t want to inconvenience them with a large last minute order. This location had 3hrs til closing. No one was in the store when we came. The black lady, possibly the manager, was cool and welcoming. When she hollered back for the cooks to drop a 50pc FRIED HARD, they instantly was upset. She had to go off on them telling them that they haven’t did anything all day except play cards and was about to play UNO in a minute. We waited outside until the order was ready. When I say I received 50 of the SOFTEST FRIED CHICKEN I’ve ever had!!! I was straight DISGUSTED cause I knew they did it on purpose! The chicken was cooked at a BARELY DONE level. I didn’t even waste my time to complain cause who knows what they would’ve done if they had to remake it. Just ridiculous that folks wanna be paid to be at work WITHOUT DOING ANY WORK! The owners...

I order my food over the phone ask for a extra dressing but when I made it back to work wasn't in there and paid for it so place another order on February 13 and told the manager that I didn't get my extra blue cheese dressing and she told me that she don't have anything to do with that but who lies about 50 cents she still charge me anyways even though I didn't get it the first time trying to talk to her she was on her cellphone at Cash register talking to whomever on the saying girl she talking about she didn't her for superbowl and that was unprofessional instead just replacing the dressing that I didn't get and still charge me I'm a regular customer but I will not be coming back I got her boss name Tyrone Hawkins he told me he give me 15% on my next order but it should have been corrected the second time I came up there the young has dreads in her hair maybe she some training bc yall will lose another of customers and I will not be coming back I'll go to the one in...

Where do I start. I'm a restaurant owner and married to a chef. I went to use the restroom while my husband was looking at the menu. The manager didn't think we were going to order and yelled at me through the bathroom door. NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS! Seriously, we were customers. We should have left then but didn't. Gave them a chance. Sorry i did. Food was awful. Wings were small. Mild was not mild. Fries weren't cooked, soggy and seasoning tasted fishy. The carrots and celery were tiny little strips. They charge for drink refills. The place was filthy. Stains on the ceiling, booths and tables were dirty. When was the last time this place was inspected? The front door hasn't been washed in forever. Discussting hand prints all over. Definitely won't be back. I make better wings at home. Hopefully the few bites I took don't...
