Toppers Pizza — Restaurant in Menasha

Gross! They use all prepackaged garbage ingredients! They pour the unused portions of the day, right back in the bag at the end of the day...so nasty! And instead of wiping down the trays were spill lands...nope...goes right back in the container it came from...like dumping garbage into your container that you're using presently. Nobody wears gloves! The manager is an anxiety ridden space cadet! The interior resembles a basement and it's filthy. I worked there and I spent 2 hours just wiping down chairs and tables...which there are only 3 of! The window sills had dead bugs...no joke! Gross old, stuck food under tables, all over seats and the floor! I never saw anyone clean this area and believe me it's not because it's busy! We'd get 1 or 2 calls for lunch...not worth even being open! But you'd think someone would spend this time cleaning 🤔 the delivery driver has to use their own car and during wait times, did dishes...barely any and would help make the dough...that we already had 2 people on...not necessary! Then he'd go make himself a pizza!! Never saw him pay for any one of them and he did this every single time id see him. Then eat in front of you!! What a joke!! I had to pay for my pizza that i took home!! I'm surprised they're still open. The food is expensive and untasty to say the least! Too many other choices in town and in the general...

Placed an order online. Exactly 1 hour after I received the confirmation email I ended up checking the website tracker and our address was right, phone number was right, but it said it’s been delivered and we had no pizza... I called the store and asked on the status the guy that answered said he’d been there but left. He stated that he buzzed then knocked and called several times and left a voice mail. Our buzzer never buzzed we live on the second floor so if he knocked we wouldn’t be able to hear. To top it off I have 0 missed phone calls and 0 voicemail. I don’t have voicemail set up right now. There were no texts to me either. When I explained that I had 0 contact from them he argued with me that he was buzzing and knocking. He offered to bring the pizza that he had brought back to the store. I said absolutely not. If that’s the offer I’d rather the cancel the order and have the charge reversed. I have since tested our buzzer and it is working flawlessly, as obnoxious as usual. The only thing I can think of is he went to a different building and didn’t want to admit it. Then instead of offering to make a new pizza and deliver it as soon as they could said he’d bring the now almost...

Called to place an order for a large 2 toppings pizza in this location first guy answered the phone was okay but I think was new then he passed the phone to some one else and 2nd guy was really rude while taking the order and at the end of the order says in a more rude way “is that it or do you want anything else I have other things to do than take your order”.This was tonight last time I order from there I went to pick up my order up same guy who was rude today and we were parked out side the restaurant while the pizza is being made we notice the guy is on his cellphone and touching the floor as well as him fixing and pulling his underwear up noticing he carries on to touch the food and dough not caring to wash his hands and continuing to do the same thing with his phone and underwear as we are seeing this we leave the restaurant being really grossed out because the guy has no sanitation towards the food people are eating there. I can say that I will never be ordering food here again and if any one gets sick to there stomach after eating there food it’s because of the sanitation issue this individual has or maybe the restaurant is okay...
