The donuts are awesome. Hands down the best around. Service, however, is disappointing every time. Maybe it's because I'm not a regular and don't chit chat with the counter ladies for 10 minutes, but every time I go there I feel ignored and overlooked. I'd say for every five times going there, three times out of those five I have to seek someone out to help me, even though I'm trying to make eye contact and be polite. It always makes for an awkward experience and I'm starting to get frustrated after this happening so many times. I typically only buy a few donuts, so it's not like I'm spending tons of money, but I do always hope for good service from small businesses, what with all the competition these days. But every time I go to this location I'm disappointed with the service-- not saying they aren't friendly, they just have an uncanny way of overlooking customers when regulars are coming there or there's a conversation to be finished...

I have ordered cakes and cookies from here for years with no issues. We ordered baby shower cookies for a boy. They were simple, light blue and green with any baby shower theme design. We picked up and the cookies had limes on them. LIMES! I don’t know about you guys. but I didn’t think limes were baby shower themed. A few months later I ordered my daughter’s cake. It was her golden birthday and she wanted a white cake with gold dust. I let them know she wanted shopping theme and liked the color pink. So if they could draw a shopping bag or credit card on the side. They made the whole cake pink and into a credit card. It took us a while to figure out what it was. The lady to helped me was confused as well and got the manager. The manager was rude. She said “ You got exactly what I ordered, so what’s the problem?” She offered $3-$4 off a $50 cake. I was so...

I walked into this bakery and was immediately greeted by everyone and asked if I needed help by two separate employees. They were very helpful in recommendations for me, a first time costumer. They were polite, professional, and their smiles and service were not faked like in many businesses, these were people who were happy to be the and help you. My delight did not however end there, when I arrived home and took a bite of their delicious fresh baked rustic sourdough I knew I had finally found a baker I loved. Customer service is important to me, and walking into here made me think that the service industry isn't dead yet, there are some local businesses serving up real ingredients with real smiles.
