While Nona's food is typically good (we usually only get subs, stromboli and fries so we cannot speak to the rest of the menu), we will no longer be frequenting this establishment. Our delivery orders have taken an obscenely long time - well over an hour. And not just once, but multiple times. We have always chalked this up to staffing shortages, which we are very sympathetic to - however, now on multiple occasions mistakes were made with our order and when we called to inform them of the mistakes, we were rather harshly verbally admonished by whoever answered the phone. Low staffing is very understandable in our current world, but the sheer rudeness of being scolded when calling a business to inform them that a paid order is incorrect is bad business. No, the customers aren't always right and tensions can be high in the working world today, but some decency and humility goes a long way in dealing with...

Ok to start, I am a landscaper who works at different locations, was told about this place and figured we can try it out. Ordered a a pizza and had it delivered, when the pizza delivery man came, we payed and gave a tip, no it would not be a change your life tip but it was of gratitude. The delivery guy was rude and asked if that was it, then threw the tip on the ground and left, so we felt bad and called the place to let them know what happened and they replied” should’ve tipped more” WOW ! Yes we could have maybe given a better tip, but honestly, that should not have been the response from either of them. The food itself is decent, not overwhelmingly good or bad. It is a little on the plain side, but that is fine, because not everyone wants spice. The location is kind of a hole in the wall with a couple of tables, a TV and a couch with another TV. The people seem nice. The bathroom was out of order. Apparently, someone clogged it yesterday, and they have not seen the need to repair quickly. Thus would not be an issue except that the two surrounding businesses do not have public restrooms either. The restaurant is also lacking air conditioning. If you go here, I would get the food to-go, at least until the restroom...
