High Hopes Cannabis — Local services in Hopedale

High Hopes Cannabis dispensary is hands down one of the BEST dispensaries I've ever been to. Where to start? First of all, this was my first visit there. When my best friend and I walked in, we were greeted by 2 very friendly employees, one of which turned out to be the owner, Russ. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the other employee's name, but she was a total sweetheart and helped us get in to start shopping very quickly. She even took the time to spend a few extra minutes chit chatting about the cute decorations with us. Then, as soon as you walk through the next set of doors, you are enveloped by this amazingly positive, chill, happy vibe. It's the kind of place you feel like you could sit down and genuinely be welcomed and relaxed. The aesthetic of the room is so unique and creative. It is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and decorated, from the floor to ceiling. Not to mention, the aroma is utterly tantalizing in there. And a bonus- I visited during October, so everything, including the first little lobby you walk into, was completely decked out for Halloween, my most favorite holiday! You can tell so much effort went into making it look so perfect for the season. My best friend asked the owner Russ if they offered a military discount, which unfortunately they didn't due to certain sales regulations. But instead, Russ surprised us by graciously offering BOTH of us a free High Hopes t-shirt (pictured below)! :D And while we were waiting to be served at the counter (which, by the way, was a very short wait, only a minute or two), we continued to talk to the owner. He was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He has the kind of smile that makes you smile too! Once we got up to the counter, the girl who helped us was fabulous (I believe her name is Amanda? Sorry, terrible memory over here :/). She helped us get the exact product we were looking for, was super knowledgeable, and answered every single question we had for her. She was so kind, bubbly, and personable. She even took the extra time to answer questions and chat with me about her adorable Halloween nails! :) And finally, the whole reason why we even went there- the product. It's very hard to find disposable vape pens that are A. Good quality, B. Come in 1g or 2g weights, and C. Aren't outrageously priced. High Hopes vape pens meet all that criteria! We got a fantastic deal on the Select brand disposable vapes (pictured below)- 2g for $80- and it's actually very HIGH quality (pun intended ;) ). It will definitely be my new go-to pen. Even though I live an hour away, the drive is 100% worth it for all the many, many reasons that I stated above. My new vape pen is phenomenal for sure, as well as all the other products looking just as good, but I truly believe the best reason to visit High Hopes dispensary (and the main reason why I'll surely be returning), is undoubtedly the staff. Happy employees make happy customers, and that's what makes a business thrive. And if that's the case, High Hopes dispensary will be around for many, many more years to come! If I could give 20 out of 5 stars on here, I would. High Hopes is most definitely highly recommended! Thanks again Russ and staff- I'm sure we'll be seeing you...

Horrible service. Their internet was being glitchy so they swiped my debit card 3 times before asking me to take money out of the ATM to pay in cash which I did. One of the charges ended up going through anyways. I was asked to come down to the shop to show that I was in fact charged twice since they could only issue me a refund in cash and couldn’t reverse the extra charge. I went down there and they saw the two charges but said there was nothing they could do about it and I would need to dispute it with my bank. So on top of the extra charge they wasted my time by asking me to go down there knowing they would not actually be issuing me a refund. I was also charged 3 times for their $3 service charge due to each swipe they made. Horrible communication skills. They should have told me to dispute it with my bank in the first place so I didn’t have to wait 3 extra...

I had a wonderful experience at High Hopes Cannabis Dispensary. Our dispensaries are way different in Vermont so I think I looked a little silly telling the front security desk what I was looking for. After he checked my license and directed me through the big wood doors, I arrived in a beautiful elegant and trippy dispensary with so many options and the kindest bud tender ever! He complimented my mushy tat and helped me pick out what I was looking for which wasn’t anything too crazy! Happy to have some straight sativa options since it seems most prerolls are hybrids now-a-days! I will definitely come back here if I’m ever back in the area. The selection and most importantly the customer service was 10/10 and less than $40 for 3 prerolls is...
