I hate to write negative reviews, but my experiences at this McDonald's compel me to speak out. The quality check on orders here has seen a consistent decline over time. Almost every time I bring my family here, the orders are wrong, but last night's experience was by far the worst.
We ordered burgers with extra condiments, and not only were the additional requests neglected, but there were no condiments on the burgers at all! When I informed the employee at the window, they were apologetic and asked us to wait while the order was corrected. Ten minutes into waiting, I decided to walk in and see the cause of the delay. I stood at the counter, expecting service or at least acknowledgment. However, I was completely ignored. After ten more minutes, an employee (who I assumed to be a manager) finally approached. After briefly checking the chute, she simply walked away without addressing the issue or offering an explanation.
The ordeal continued as more minutes passed, and I was still standing there, waiting for my food. People who were dining inside even started approaching me, perhaps feeling sorry for the guy who seemed to be perpetually waiting for burgers. It took almost 30 minutes just to get burgers with some extra pickles and onions. What's worse? I received no genuine apology or a hint of remorse for the unnecessary wait and confusion.
Dear owners of this McDonald's, this is not just about a one-time inconvenience. It's indicative of deeper issues in operations and service. It's high time to introspect on the waste being generated due to such oversights. This experience was a letdown, and I hope no other customer has to go through this level of inconvenience at your establishment.
Update - I'm revising my initial one-star review after a recent encounter with Julie, one of the managers at this McDonald's location. During a conversation, I shared my previous unpleasant experiences at this establishment. Julie's response was incredibly positive and empathetic. She expressed genuine embarrassment and extended a heartfelt apology, assuring me of her commitment to rectifying any issues I might face in the future. She encouraged me to directly approach her for any concerns.
What struck me most was her attitude towards feedback. Julie emphasized the importance of constant improvement, showing a sincere appreciation for all kinds of feedback - be it positive, negative, or neutral. This conversation was a refreshing change and gave me hope for better service.
Encouraged by this interaction, I decided to revisit the establishment. To my pleasant surprise, I noticed a remarkable improvement in the overall service quality compared to my last visit. This positive change is a testament to Julie's dedication and her ability to make a real difference.

Read moreThis place leaves a lot to be desired. I always go through the drive thru. My order has never been correct and I am always asked to pull around to the front to wait. Doesn't matter what I order. I could order one item, and I will be asked to pull around to the front. The wait time is terrible. The employees are incompetent. I ordered a kids meal with a diet soda for my son. They proceeded to hand me a large soda with the meal. I told them the kid's meal comes with a small drink. They said I could have it anyway. Problem is, I didn't want a large drink for my five year old. Instead of taking the drink back and giving me the small that I ordered, the girl at the window pours out half and hands it back. Then, as you can guess, I was asked to pull to the front for the rest of the meal. I merely thought, well they are new and just opened. Maybe they just don't get it yet. The last and final straw was this past week I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal. I was already anticipating the whole pull around to the front routine. They hand me a Big Mac meal. Not what I ordered. I tell them the order is incorrect. I am met with an attitude like I was lying. Then was asked to pull around to the front. I am done with this place.
