Subway — Restaurant in Menifee

I am very disappointed with the service at this establishment, I walked in, and the older gentleman asked how may I help you I mention that I was trying to place an order online in order to receive the promotional offer and I mentioned that I was having a hard time as it would not apply my discount. The older gentleman who may be the owner was very rude and stated that that’s not his problem that he is receiving hundreds of orders via online with no issue. I then asked if he could help me to see if I was doing something wrong on the app, he brushed me off and said he does not have time for this , I can tell that even the employees and the two customers that were present felt that his statements were unacceptable. If he would at least attempted to assist and the promotion wouldn’t of applied, I would’ve still paid at the regular price, but since he was so rude i decided to take my business elsewhere and will not do business there again! The staff were friendly and made my sub just fine. However, I ordered a slider for my toddler. It was tiiiiiiny, and the guy making it thought that literally just meat and cheese went on it. I asked him if I could have vegetables, and he said this was all it came with. I corrected him and pointed to the sign, which listed the toppings it came with. He put them on, and it was still tiny. I asked if I could have one tomato slice on it too, so he had to ask the other employee to get permission. I just feel that if you're buying something that tiny, you should be able to get more vegetables on it, just as you could be able...

I hate this location so much. Most of the employees don't seem to speak English and the manager/owner has a very hostile demeanor when he's there. Like the employees seem very tense or scared around him and I don't blame them cuz she gives me that same vibe as a customer. Makes me very uncomfortable. Also this location lies cuz it says they close at 9, yeah try 8:30. The employees already put away all the product and it wasn't even 9 yet. This location is the worst.
