If I could leave 0 stars I would. Working in customer service for over 15 years this was an extremely disappointing experience. First I was left wondering if anyone was even working drive thru. I waited fives minutes (yes. I counted) before questioning and saying "hello" into the speaker in which then I was told they'd be with me shortly. There was no welcoming atmosphere. Just a feeling they are just here to make a buck and hate their job. Wasn't asked if the order screen wasn't correct. Good thing I have eyes and was able to make out the screen without my glasses. Otherwise I would have pulled up with no clue what my total was. Handed me my cup dripping soda all over the sides... onion rings complete mush. I love the wrapper of my honey mustard wrap SOAKED with honey mustard. Couldn't even get to the wrap without it being a mess. No have a nice day, nothing just hands the bag shuts the window. Glad I didn't need further assistance. Maybe yall need to look into different jobs or better training. This is the guest experience provided? 10.00 for this? I'll go to taco bell or McDonald's from now on. Almost forgot..... Order screen and reciept both say I ordered sauce with my order. Couldn't even be bothered to put that in the bag. Why is the restaurant even functioning this way? And if lack of staff is the answer to that... honestly that's a poor excuse for the horrible customer experience. Many stores are understaffed and their employees smile, don't look like they hate their lives and would rather be anywhere else on earth than taking an order. It's a customer service job. Fake it til you make it. Put the smile on and be courteous to the people...
Read moreStepped in a spilled soda when i 1st stepped in the door. Rug was rolled up just beyond the spill posing a trip hazard. When we stood in line, there seamed to be caos going on behind the counter. During our visit, I seen that BK had messed up on 2 diffrent orders plus my own. It seamed as if there was no order or anything. The person bagging & traying orders kept having to repeatedly ask for missing meal items. When they did mop up the soda spill & removed the rug, she put up the wet floor sign on one side of the door, but not the other side of door where there was wet floor. Every table in the play room was dirty & the whole time we have been here, no one was been in to wipe tables or clean. There are plastic while plates around the poles that slide up & pose the pinching threats. When the white plate is slid up, children can stick their hands down & get them stuck....
Read moreThere were only 2 workers there when we arrived at 10:00a.m. on a Friday. The woman taking orders from behind the counter was completely being overworked. She was trying so hard to take care of customers at the counter as well as online orders and the drive thru. With only one person cooking and one person doing everything else, the wait was long and people were leaving. We finally got to order and each thing we ordered made the woman's face drop more and more. We felt so bad for her and weren't sure if we should just leave so she has less to do. When we got our tray we were missing 2 coffees, an orange juice, 2 packs of tater tots, and no syrup for our french toast. We went up for syrup, but after that we didn't even mention the food and drinks we payed for but didn't get. The poor woman never stopped taking orders in the whole time...
