Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Menominee

I was really hungry today and I know they have a $6 lunch deal where you can get a deep dish pepperoni pizza and a soda. I ordered through the app and the app isn't great. It doesn't let you customize or ask for any special requests. It doesn't even tell you the full list of sodas. So I called the store and I asked them to make my pizza well done. They answered immediately and said no problem. When I got to the store there was a sign on the door saying drive through only inside closed. I went through the drive-thru and I picked up my order. I asked if they had any other soda options besides Pepsi because I wanted a root beer. The gentleman informed me that the app doesn't list all the sodas for some strange reasons and they do have a larger variety of sodas in the store. I asked for root beer and I got Mug Root Beer. Customer service was great. My pizza was hot and ready. And it was well done...

Spent good money on two pizzas and 22 L sodas for my family, which includes our three small children. Ordered ahead online specialty pizzas . ..Pizzas look like they were made yesterday. Not even a fully cut pizza, obviously was done in an aggressive way? No other way to explain it. Like it was just hacked at. And then the Cupertino pizza was completely Cold! Gross! Was supposed to be a pretzel crust on the other and had absolutely nothing on it. What was worse is when I called to talk about it and ask if there was a mistake or somehow like a trainer or something? And I got the manager Dylan himself on the phone and he was a total jerk! no customer service told me to basically go screw myself and that there was nothing he was going to do about any of this. Like every fast food place little ceasers has its ups and down . Some days you walk in place your order pizza if fresh delicious and perfectly portioned and cut. I love the deep dish!!!....And then there is other days when you walk in and there is no one in site. You say hello , hello , and see 3-4 teenagers walk in from the back. At this point yous should just walk out because there is a good chance you will have the option of pizza that should have been tossed hours ago, you will get attitude even if your nice as pie even after waiting 10 minutes to place your order. If you desire for them to make a pizza you will get an odd ball shaped pizza with 2 1/2 " of crust that has no sauce cheese or toppings....
