Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Menomonee Falls

The workers there are very rude. I ordered a drink and they rung it up wrong, and I came back inside to tell them that they rung it up wrong, and wasnt made correctly while asking nicely could they remake it. TWO Employees (Indian girls) looked me up and down with they face turned up and told me “well the vanilla is unsweetened and you can’t taste it anyway. Then I said “I know, but yall put extra vanilla swirl (that I didn’t order) in there and then also but 3 extra pumps of the unsweetened vanilla when I asked for just 1 instead”. Then both of the Indian girl said “do you not understand that it’s unsweetened??!! It won’t even taste like anything”. So I just said ok and left with my drink made wrong. I was very polite and even apologized for coming back to ask them to fix THERE mistake. But I won’t be coming back to this...

Horrible experience today. Asked for a cake cup and the young lady handed me a waffle cone and tried to argue with me that it was what I asked for. I told her that I ordered a cake cone and she told me that it (the waffle cone) was a cake cone. Never will I ever return to that location again.. almost $5 for a single scoop of ice cream that I did not get to enjoy. Worst...
