DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! I recently switched to this pharmacy and have had 3 prescription pickups so far and two have been absolutely awful. The first time I picked my prescription up it was only half filled. I looked at it right away and told the pharmacy tech. I then had to wait over an hour for a manager to come back and verify that I was missing half of my prescription. Now, today I had a prescription that was supposed to be filled at 4pm. I received a notification that they were running behind schedule and they would keep me updated which I completely understand and have no problem with that. After two hours of not hearing anything (6pm), I called the pharmacy and spoke to the pharmacy tech who transferred me to the pharmacist. I sat on hold for over 30 minutes and decided to hang up and call again and then was able to speak to someone right away about it. This person told me it would be ready in an hour (7pm) and I could pick it up. At 7pm I received a call, text, and app notification that I can pick it up so I drove 30 minutes to the store. When I got there they said I could not pick it up for another 4 days, even after they personally told me I could pick it up and received multiple notifications. I understand the federal law on why I could not pick it up, but they did not care about their actions. Not only did the put me on hold for over 30 minutes when they were available, they told me I could come and get it so I drove there and wasted my time and gas for nothing. Read moreI was going here to grab some stuff for a stomach issue I’m having. I’m checking out, at the self checkout. Another older gentlemen is also checking out. He asks if the self check takes cash, which he was older so he may not have read it by accident, he was very kind. The lady at the checkout told him “no it doesn’t take cash there’s a sign right there!” In a rude voice to him, her attitude from there was rude, especially when she was checking him out at the register. I was grabbing my receipt trying to rip it off the machine because it was stuck and just not coming out, she said I need to be gentle…I’ve worked in retail 3+ years I think I know when a receipt machine isn’t working properly and it gets stuck. No big deal. I told her as I left, her attitude sucked. If you’re going to be rude, work somewhere else where you get the taste of ur own medicine, and not in public places, if you cannot control how you treat others!...
Read moreWas text 2x and called 2x that my prescription was ready for pickup. I called to let them know I wouldn’t be there until the following week because I was on vacation. I drove 30 min to pick it up today - BUT, they couldn’t find the prescription anywhere. They said they probably never filled it, or it got put away. It’s a compounded prescription (meaning it has to be made specific for me) so “putting it away” isn’t possible. They gave no solutions other than come back down tomorrow afternoon. When I asked to have it shipped to me - they said I could pay for door dash. Despite my proactively calling them to let them know I couldn’t get there right away to pick up, they assured me it would be available when I came. And sure enough, it WAS NOT. So now I have to drive 30 min again to hope that they actually have it ready. Walgreens needs to do better and stop wasting people’s time. This is definitely not the first time this...
