And one from today, 04/14/24
A line of 2 cars on each lane. The screens are not changing at all so that means orders are not being taken. The person ahead of me says âhelloâ, the response on the speaker from the employee says âyouâll have to waitâ, the response from the customer is âhow longâ, the reply is â30 minsâ. Customer asks back âwhat forâ. The reply from the employee âfor meâ. We both drove off immediately to the McDonaldâs across the street.
And one more (12/02/21) - BK has graduated from being a fast food restaurant. Same food but now takes forever
Update: so I went again (this is the closest BK I have). Easier order this time: a Whopper meal and an extra order of fries. I get home: the extra fries are missing đ
All I can do now is laugh and take it down from 2 stars to 1.
One thingThe system is frozen. It will take 30 minutes to reboot it surprised me is they have by the drive through window treats for people that have dogs when picking up food. It would have been a great gesture if they did the basics well. So to the owner of the franchise, read the book âRaving Fansâ
These people have a severe training issue, they just canât take an order right and takes them forever. Today I had to go through 3 different attendants at the drive through to place an order for 3 meals and an order of fries. Every single time I had to start over. Obviously it took forever. The poor people in line behind me had to drive away and I donât blame them. On top of it they ran out of Coke, really ?
I already had issues right after they opened but I thought it was that so I have them a break, but now theyâve been operating for a while.
They really have a problem.
One more: âthe system is frozen. It will take 30 minutes to rebootâ. Iâm sure a computer system running a nuclear reactor would reboot faster than that. Maybe BK still uses a...
Read moreI've only been here once, but already it seems like most other Burger Kings. I expect the experience is very different on every visit. There were not many customers inside, but a lot of employees mulling around behind the counter, and only one register open. They did eventually open another, but even then there were extra people mulling round behind the counter getting in the way.
I observed one customer not getting his burger customised correctly. This seems to be a common problem at Burger King, and considering that this is supposed to be their strong point, they just don't seem to get it right; often enough to be a problem. My order (uncustomised) was correct. It took a little longer than I thought it should have to prepare it.
But the food was surprisingly hot. Cold food seems to be another common problem at Burger King, but not this time. My burgers were much hotter than I can recall any fast food being in recent years. Not too hot though, but hot enough that by the time I was able to eat them twenty-five minutes later (carry-out), they were still...
Read moreI stopped in here about 2 weeks ago on a Monday about 6 ish or so. There was a Mgr. - a cook & and drive thru employee. I was acknowledged by the cook. I think the Mgr. may have been training the drive thru employee - but not sure . Everyone was courteous & professional. The Mgr. Mike had to make a change on the register because I changed my order. He noticed 2 young children without masks on standing by me and immediately called them on it telling them to give me some space - 6' distancing and asked where their masks were. When he asked if I wanted any condiments, I said some tarter sauce would be great. Mike went above & beyond as they were out of tarter sauce packets/or just didn't carry those packets, unsure, but Mike got a very small plastic container and gave me some tarter sauce that way. This was a very pleasant experience and I want to give BIG Kudos to Mgr. Mike . Thank you !!!! I also need to add that the restaurant was exceptionally clean and...
