Be careful! If they mess up your order they will not compensate for it. They will try to charge you again for your remake. They are not very friendly with remaking your order and get upset about it. If they do remake your order and drop it off, they will ask for your order (the one they messed up) and if it is not all there, they will make you go and get it because the owner has to check if you were lying!!!

Another time, I went there and ordered chicken fried rice and when I received it , it was only white rice. I called and asked to speak to a manager. The manager started yelling at me over the phone telling me that they didn't take any of my money and all I wanted was my fried rice. I ended up hanging up because I couldn't understand what she was saying and on top of that it seemed like I was being accused of blaming them about stealing my money. This place gets ten👎down. This place is terrible when it comes to quality. My egg rolls were drenched in grease. One bite and hot grease pouring out. Never have I had fried rice that was so greasy it looked like grease was poured on top. I paid for extra shrimp in fried rice was told I'd get 32 pieces to only have a total of 11. I decided not to eat the food and give Ni Hao a call with this being my first and only experience there and there response to my complaint was that I picked the food up late which was not correct the wait was 25 minutes i was there in 28. The manager of Ni Hao told me they would not refund my order even though I hadn't eaten the food and that no one else complained today so there couldn't be any issues. So impressed! It is not an easy task to discover a Chinese restaurant that firstly does not utilize MSG, and secondly- is actually able to create a meal with low sodium! I called and a very kind young woman answered the phone. I asked if it was possible to have our dishes made low sodium and she said that would not be a problem at all. When I arrived back home with our lunch orders (great lunch special prices by the way!), they were truly low sodium!!
