Classic Lanes — Local services in Menomonee Falls

Bowling was as bowling is good light show and music. The food was average at best the kitchen could not keep up and some of the food was cold. Bartenders were great. The arcade area was worthless and should be bulldozed. Everything was broken, substandard or outdated. I have 6 kids under 18 with me. I put a $20 bill in the change machine and at the end of the night tipped the bartender a huge handful of quarters. Thats with waiting 45 minutes for our party to show and 30 after. Newish pool table was ok. The strip mall itself should be bulldozed the parking lot is a tortious big huge gaping cracks. We go there once or twice a year just because of location and size. There is 3 bowling allys in a 2 mile stretch that I have been to. They are lucky the small parking sucks at #2 and #3 is a bit two far off...

Went there on a random Wednesday night and was met with workers who did not want to work. Asked for a lane for four and the worker at the cashier was on the phone for more than 8 minutes. He then proceed to step into Al hall way to the underground parking and continue touching his phone. After 10+ minutes, he went to a lane and proceed to “clean the lane for us”. The place was empty and there was lanes open everywhere. After cleaning the lane, he went to the bar and was not seen after. Worst customer service ever. Also, before going to the bar, he was talking to another person. No idea what they were talking about but the other came and told us that it was not a fun bowling at these lanes. I felt like he wanted us to not bowl and leave so he ask that person to come...

Been coming here for probably thirty years. Very well established business with history in the community. They've updated their lanes and scoring equipment through the years to keep it modern and relevant. Usually not too packed. Great food and drink, staff is friendly and helpful. During my most recent visit my daughter was attending a birthday party and someone attempted to start a beer garden in a tree at the top of the stairs. Maybe they're trying to grow a beer? Who knows? This is the work of one joker and is not typical of this place. Usually clean and inviting. Doesn't smell like a bowling alley. I highly recommend after coming here...
