I am a DoorDash and UberEats driver. I attempted to pick up an order from this location on Andrews Rd on Sunday, June 11 2023, while there were 2 cars in the drive-thru. I accepted the order while I was a little over 5 minutes away from the store. As per the instructions in the UberEats driver app, I pulled into the designated Mobile Order Pickup parking spot and called the store with my customer's order number, and provided the parking spot number I was in. The woman on the phone informed me she would bring the order out as soon as it was ready. This order was for a two-cheeseburger meal with a large coke, 4 ketchup packets, and a chocolate shake. Again, there were two cars in the drive-thru line at this time; it was at the tail-end of dinner shift around 7:30PM on a Sunday. I waited in the parking spot for 10 minutes and nobody came out with the food, so I rang the store again, and was told "We're still bagging it up." On the store's UberEats tablet they can see how far away a driver is from the moment they accept the order, so I don't understand why the order wasn't ready; the cars that were in the drive-thru when I arrived were taken care of promptly and left. Meanwhile, the store did not communicate to me if there was a problem with this order, taking up valuable time when I could have been delivering other orders from other nearby restaurants where food is typically ready in a timely fashion. This gets under my skin, as communication costs the store nothing, but their lack of communication gets between me and the money I could be making to support my family. The McDonald's location in Willoughby on Euclid Ave has never had this problem, they are quick and efficient. I believe they are not owned by the same franchisee, and it shows. If you are reading this as a delivery driver, I encourage you to decline any offers you receive to deliver food from the location on Andrews Rd; if you are a customer in the M-O-L area I encourage you to order from elsewhere. Any delivery driver worth their salt (the ones who have been doing it a few years as I have, who have the proper insulated bags to keep your food fresh, know the area to get your delivery completed quickly and communicate when necessary) will leave after waiting just a few minutes, and customers will wind up disappointed in two ways - by the lousy prep time presented by the restaurant, and by the novice drivers who are willing to wait long enough to get the orders. Hopefully this gets sorted out, but I won't be able to follow up as there are too many other places around that have...

I recently visited the McDonald's on Saint Clair Avenue in Cleveland, and my experience was a bit of a rollercoaster. Let me break it down for you.
Service and Atmosphere: The people working here are phenomenal. Despite the busy morning rush, they managed to keep things moving swiftly. Kudos to the staff for their efficiency!
However, there were some hiccups. On one visit, I ordered an Egg Cheese McGriddle and a Sausage Egg McMuffin, but I received an Egg and Cheese Biscuit instead. Disappointing, especially when you're craving a specific breakfast sandwich. To make matters worse, when I tried calling the store to address the issue, no one answered the phone.
Speed and Quality: This McDonald's is faster than some others I've been to. They got my order done quickly, but unfortunately, my nuggets were overcooked, and my cheeseburger was lukewarm. It seems like speed sometimes comes at the expense of food quality.
Ambiance: The lobby was chaotic during one of my visits. Employees hung out there or even sat in customers' cars—definitely not what you'd expect

Read moreWent through the drive through and ordered a Buttermilk Crispy Chicken sandwich meal with a Fanta and an Oreo McFlurry. While ordering, the lady taking my order interrupted me several times and insisted that they only had one size McFlurry when I know for a fact that is false. When I received the McFlurry, it wasn’t mixed in the slightest. They just threw some Oreos on top, put the spoon in, and called it a day. Normally, I would chalk it up to them being busy. However, their dining room is closed and I was the only car in the drive thru. I’ve been through this McDonalds several times and the only good thing I can say about them is that they are consistent— consistently wrong, that is. I’ve never once gotten the correct bun for this sandwich; they’ve always given me the sesame seed bun as opposed to the correct Artisan roll. Staff is always rude, management is horrible, and the quality of the food is severely lacking. I absolutely do not recommend going to this location. Ronald McDonald, despite his seemingly permanent smile, frowns...
