One night I waited in line 20 minutes to get a coffee and it was lukewarm. I came back the next day to talk to the owner about a replacement end he lectured me about how I needed a receipt and I needed to call the store the minute I left it was very uncomfortable and poor service. I drive through there twice a day every day buying coffee and other items and didn’t deserve or need to be treated like that it was was horrible. But it doesn’t end there. I would estimate maybe at least once or twice a week when I get my coffee they either leave the sugar out or they forget to stir it. Most times I don’t even return because it’s not worth it. Then one day I went back into the restaurant to try to get a refill and this owner informed me that you don’t do refills on drive-through coffee. Well the same owner was there and he looked at me as if I had stolen something. And made me pay for the refill. Finally sometime later they forgot to stir my coffee or didn’t put the sugar in because sometimes the dispenser doesn’t work right. Bear in mind I get coffee there twice a day and they get new people and kids they’re always training. And this guy happened to be there. The owner. Well he glared at me with an evil look and said pull over and I will bring your coffee out to you. He brings the coffee and then he tells me you know what you are banned from this restaurant. He said you’re always trying to get free stuff. I have you on camera. Well I have been in retail and sales for decades and this is probably the worst I have ever been treated. Do not give this man or this business any of your business. It is not an American business it is not a immigrant run business that respects Americans. I would even say it might be anti-semetic....

By the time I got home and went to eat it was 11:10, 10 min after breakfast service ends. I called and they said they could not correct it because breakfast was over.
That is horrible customer service. It has been 10 min, and you guys messed up. Why am I driving up here twice to fix this and I can't even get what I ordered?
I worked in kitchens and restaurants for 15 years, it is completely possible to make one mcgriddle on the fly.
I understand that this is probably a policy that Mc Donald's enforces and the workers can't actually do anything. Then at this point they should have done something more to make it up to me.
The lunch food I ordered to replace my breakfast should have been free or discounted. McDonald's robbed me of the breakfast I expected and I should have been compensated. Instead, I'm leaving an angry review.

Read moreI abhor McDonald's that just simply expect their older patrons to be tech savvy enough to use their fancy computerized ordering kiosks instead of having someone at the counter to take their order.. A manager was using front cash for a refund so Crew member Lisa was kind enough to help my wife and I use the computer kiosk while she was awaiting to return to the front counter after her manager was done. I Asked Lisa to Show me how to order a McDonald's filet o fish, no cheese, extra tartar sauce, add pickles. She made it look so easy! I found out when I got my order the Extra pickle button only added two pickles, I am going to have to order extra, extra, extra, pickles next time! I can't believe I Only got two pickles! Both sandwichs, my wifes and mine were tasty and the fries were hot. They got the order correct! Much better than the last time! Dining room is lacking proper cleaning. Many tables had not been wiped since the previous patrons. Since Covid, Norovirus, Flu, and other nasty bugs are still out there, this lack of wiping tables is appalling! Nice Restrooms. 🚻 I will probably return to this location since I know they have a person on front cash to help...
