This place has amazing food!!! They have smoking and no smoking seating. We don't smoke, so we sat in the nonsmoking section. We couldn't smell the smoke at all! I was so impressed by how good the food was! Everything seemed to be handmade. It came out hot and fresh. It all was so delicious! We ordered the spinach avocado dip with homemade chips, French Dip sandwich, Italian hoagie with homemade potato chips and bbq slaw burger. Again, everything was so good! This place was clean and the staff was very friendly! We will be back! I highly recommend this place!

Five words. Pulled Pork Coleslaw Potato Skins. Wow. I mean from the flavor of the bbq sauce and the tenderness of the pulled pork, to the slight sweet flavor of the pineapple juice added to the fresh crisp coleslaw all atop the thick generous sized potato skins. The homemade ranch and blue cheese is also phenomenal. Chris was our server and she was fantastic. Sweet, knowledgeable and super friendly. Mandy (another server) was all decked out for Christmas and had contagious positivity. We will drive 20 minutes to eat here again for sure!

Our first time here. Table and floor were dirty, but they wiped the table when we pointed it out. Server took quite a while to take our order even though there weren’t too many other customers. Mushrooms and side salad were both tasty. Baked potato was fine, but the steak was rather chewy. Never refilled our drinks. They needed some music playing because it was so quiet that you could hear all the conversations at the other tables.

I've gone to Savannahs 3 times now as its the closest place to the house. I try to give places a few tries before reviewing, gotta say its been a disappointment.

While its nice decor wise inside, the walking through a smoke filled bar to get to family seating is a bit rough.

I've had 3 different meals, the last one was a simple as I could make it, still wasn't right. First two times I got food I was satisfied with, but the service was not great.

few things they can fix,

Greet someone when they walk in ask them if they would like to sit in the dining area, first time we came in, lady said take a seat anywhere. Didnt even know about the back room, so as a non smoker I ate my meal in a smoke filled bar.

Pay attention to the order, a medium burger should have at least a bit of pink still. Not a huge complaint but 3 different burgers overcooked on 2 visits is a you problem, bit of a downer.

Maybe write down the order when taking it, you may think you remember it but when I get the wrong sides on 2 different occasions, from 2 different servers, maybe you should write it down.

Every sandwich with veggies on it, leaves a literal pond of water on the plate, fries are not very good soggy, twice ive had to put napkins under my food to sop up the moisture.

On the final visit I got a burger, just a burger, the easiest thing to make on the menu. Ordered it medium rare, with no onions and soup as a side.

What I got was a medium well burger with onions, and fries as a side. Was told "I didn't even hear you say you wanted soup" (I had to ask what soup they had that day) I ate it, burger was soggy as expected so I put the napkin on the plate before I started. The pickles were spears which made it a bit difficult to eat so I pulled them out and ate separately. It tasted fine, but over all its not what I ordered.

I think I might of insulted a worker there, lady asked how my meal was I replied "well, its food!" She asked "it wasn't really good?" I just shrugged, so sorry I was kinda disappointed, 3 visit fails over the course of a year is rough.

I'd miss it if you were in the area, probably okay if you're a smoker with low expectations, but its not as much of a bar and restaurant as it is with just a bar that serves food, you can smell the cigarette smoke in the dinning room as its at a higher elevation the smoke sneaks in every time...

Everyone who is giving this place good reviews must not have been the table that was forgotten about. I was! I went there with my family the evening of 7/21/2018. We sat down at a table, our drink order was taken probably within a minute, and we got our drinks probably within two minutes after that. So far so good. And then...we wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. And wait some more. We didn't officially time it, but it was safe to say it was before 8pm when we got our drinks, based on the time we arrived there, and it was 8:15 when we finally left. 15 minutes minimum that our server managed to completely ignore us without our food order being taken. And it wasn't that we couldn't find her. She passed us probably 10-15 times after giving us our drinks. Every time we saw her, we thought, "Ok, this time she'll stop & take our order," but she never did. The final insult was when we got up to leave and she went on auto-pilot, telling us "Thanks" as if we were leaving after eating & paying. Then I think it clicked to her what had happened, and I just said "We waited for like 15-20 minutes." She just froze. No apology, no offer to take our order if we had stayed, nothing. I generally like mom-and-pop type of places over chain restaurants, but this is the first time I've been forgotten about AFTER receiving my drink order, and had my server walk past me at least 10 times as if I...

I'll start by saying the food is great. We've never had anything that wasn't delicious, however the service and length of time to get your food is iffy. Went there on a Friday night, sat in the bar area and nobody ever came to take our order, though I thought the place was a full service restaurant. One table next to us had staff at it quite often...not working, just standing there talking and giggling with them and seemingly ignoring other tables. We went to the bar to get our drinks...fine. We had called ahead and ordered a pizza and waited 40 minutes before arriving to pick it up being told when we ordered that it would be about an hour. We were there for about an hour before the pizza was ready. The dining room wasn't busy at all, perhaps there was a long line of take out orders before we ordered the pizza, I don'tknow--they kept apologizing that the kitchen is backed up. I got the impression that the cook can only prepare one order at a time. Other times we've gone, service is great and the food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. Maybe call before you go and ask how long orders are taking especially if you don't have two hours to...
