Terrible service. We ordered two green wet burritos, one wet burrito with red sauce on the side, and a quesadilla. After an awful ordering experience where the woman on the phone said we'd have to ask her boss for red sauce instead of doing so herself, we got a phone call stating she didn't remember what meat we'd ordered. After picking up our order, we realized the two green wet burritos HAD NO SAUCE! How is that a WET burrito? We spent our lunch hour and our gas brining the DRY burritos back and picking up two new burritos made correctly, and never once were offered a discount or even a side of chips or anything for compensation for their terrible mistake!! The green chicken wet burritos were not too bad. The asada was burnt and had extremely hard black pieces in it. The al pastor was so disappointing!!

UPDATE: Yes, we understood why the red sauce would be on the side, but we did not order green sauce on the side and did not receive green sauce on the side. What you "offered" was for us to waste our time and our gas and our frustration bringing out back the wrongly made burritos for new burritos made correctly without any consideration, apologies in person, or any way of making things right for the "confusion"...

The lady at the front desk has a hearing problem or just don’t no how to listen while she is taken the order I told her, can I get two Michelada and two menudo I even reconfirm with her after I said that’s all I wanted so we get seated and waiting there for 30 mins thinking we’re getting are menudo other people walking in getting there food before us so I went to the front desk and ask we’re are menudo and she said I only charged for Micheladas like are you that stupid you think I came to sit down and eat chips and one beer never will go here ago happen there times already with this lady at the front desk I just walked out cause I reconfirmed with her before I...

We are continously in this place and we had always had the best service until today, we come in and waitres ANDREA took care of us at the register, we ordered and went to the table, she was also taking care of our table/section, we got no chips, ordered a michelada and she brought us a beer, told her that we ordered a michelada and she was charging us the michelada again, when she finally brought it, not even an apology or nothing, and face or been bother, my most frustrating part was that it was another table with 2 guys closed to mine and there was no problem she took care of them fully and with smile on her face.
