People here are not sure how to make food, let alone put food that's already made together. It's a hit or miss here. I've gotten a cheese quesadilla it hardly had CHEESE! IF THAT sprinkles of shredded cheese is worth $6 bucks to them, then they can keep it. I'll make my own at home for $6 bucks. I can make way more than 1 for $6 also the chalupa was hard like a rock. And the attitude was like I'm bothering them to make me food. Asked about the online app, and nobody knew anything! It's like they don't have anything to do with the taco bell app. They now charge for certain taco bell sauce. I stopped coming here because of a person, but even with that person gone, they are still horrible. It's the attitude of the managers who hire the kids that don't want to work, just get paid for working. And the kids dont want to get a job that's paying less even though they don't deserve it. Especially the way they're treating customer's. And we the customer's have to deal with the spoiled attitude. Or not eat taco bell. Lol,well this is california, so many taco stands at better prices and definitely better...
Read moreGonna have to start off by saying to come by during happy hour. Great freezes over here. The perfect balance of blended ice and sweet syrup to hit that summer hot spot like no other. And at only $1? You can't lose. Unless you become addicted and can't stop drinking at every hour of the day, in which case you can lose... Yeah, but its a good deal on happy hour.
The boxes are usually a super easy and great combo too, you get drinks, special items, and now you can even opt out the items for different meat choices or choices entirely! It's super easy on their new automated order machine. Just swipe your card when you're done and they'll call your order. It takes just as long as ordering in person, but you don't have to be embarrassed when looking frantically at the menu for 5 minutes even tho you'll pick the same thing you usually order.
It's a no pressure decision! At least on where to go for lunch/dinner (and or breakfast)...
Read moreI order 2 Vegan rice and bean burritos with guac and a fresco spicy potato taco. After getting home 20 miles away I find that they forgot the guacomole but still charged me for it and gave me a meat taco instead of a potato taco. Seriously? This is extremely concerning especially if someone had a food allergy. Taco Bell is notorious for screwing up orders.
Update* After management agreed to replace our order, we came back the next day to pick up our replacements. It took them THREE attempts to make our order fresco style. We literally had to go through the drive through twice and then finally walk in the third time. Do they not explain to their employees that "Fresco Style" means NO DAIRY products?! This is scary! I just want to enjoy a cruelty free meal. Come on Taco Bell, get if together! Can we have a vegan...
